I haven't received what I ordered, I have had no update. Just an email from PayPal about being refunded, then another saying refund failed.
So I don't have what I ordered nor the money paid for the costume.

Ordered a jacket on the 7th March. Emailed them after 5 days say nothing has been shipped. They emailed back to say I would receive tracking information soon. 10 days after ordering I emailed again. No response
Logged it with my bank as fraud. Now they have challenged the claim. I have paid & not received my goods.

Scammed for £52 for a Ferrari jacket- no communication, email blocked. Don’t use this company.

Zero communication, other than an acknowledgement of my order. Zero shipping information until I emailed and inquired. Zero follow up, except emails clamoring for a review of a product that I hadn't received yet. Your customer service sucks.

I was scammed by this company. I ordered a ferrari jacket but i didn't receive any tracking number and any product. They also blocked my mail address so I can't write to them anymore. Don't trust them.

Total scam. They say that they are located in the uk but it is clear by the broken English on in their emails and messages that they are somewhere in Asia. Like many people here I never received my order. When I call no one answers and when I message them on WhatsApp I get a ton of excuses but no tracking info let alone my kind of proof that the product I ordered exists. Unfortunately I can’t remember which cc I used so need to go through them all to cancel the transaction.

I couldn’t be happier. I ordered two costumes with different custom measurements for Halloween and these folks delivered. I am most impressed with the level of detail to my requests and the speed in which they delivered. Yes, they did deliver. I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I found their staff to helpful and patient with me and my requests. I will actually be ordering again soon. 👍

Ok- these guys made a suit from the minimal measurements- in super rapid time- for a very inexpensive price!
Whole thing about 10 days- delivered.
I’m super happy with the end product.
Suit ordered was a relaxed fit suit so not super tailored.
Fit straight out of the bag. I would certainly use this service again- maybe attempt at a slightly more tailored fit for the jacket next time!

Absolute scam, do not order with this company if you are in the UK, buy elsewhere not from leatherz

Hi I have placed an order on 17/12/2022 and I haven’t received my order until now . Which is the second month! And no one wants to speak to me and to give me an update!! I have ask for my order or my money back and no one wants to talk to me!!!

Total scam. Do not order from this company. Ordered end of November. No contact at all. Luckily I used a credit card so have had a refund. Tried contacting via Facebook, email, WhatsApp and phone. No reply. Address is a rundown block of flats. Utterly useless.

Good quality jacket, good sizes and within the delivery time.
I will buy again but would go for a large rather than x large.
A good buying experience.

This company is a scam. Placed an order in October and still not received. Unable to to get in touch. They clearly dont exist as their offices are residential addresses that looks like something out of Train Spotting. SCAM!!

This company is a scam! I contacted them before ordering to give them a specific date that the item would need to be ready for and they assured me 'no problem sir, we deliver' and 'no problems, you trust us' and then the date came and went and they've not delivered the coat, they've actually moanded that I've asked for a refund as the item is of no use past the date and now after saying they would refund, they're ignoring my emails so I'm now starting to call

On 19 Nov 22 I wrote a review stating how this site isn't real and immediately after that someone posted a 5 star review (which I assure you isnt real). You would think if a company was legit, they would contact me asap to fix the problem that I stated on my review. Please do not give this site your money.

This company is definitely not real they place an address in London & it's a crack house residential place said was there warehouse also American place is false. Selling leather Philip plein £6,000 for £300 😆😆

I had a custom order I discussed with them on WhatsApp and they were quick and helpful in confirming what they would do and communication was easy.

On the downside, they offered hope that the product would arrive in about 7 days, in time for a show, when that date was impossible and it arrived in 26 days, 6 of the days being for shipping.

Neutrally, I didn't ask about shipping and that was a £49 extra charge, but no import fees to UK.

Down to it being custom, it was more expensive as well, about 60-80% more, although I admit the quality is higher.

Overall, you get what you pay for, the quality of the clothes and the communication is good and quick on WhatsApp, but make sure to order in plenty of time, probably at least a month to be sure it arrives.

Son ordered me a jacket on 13th October for my birthday on 30th October. As of today 17th November it has not arrived. They don’t answer emails, return calls or anything. This website is a SCAM do not use.

Total rip off, ordered 8th October (order 22443) numerous emails, WhatsApps. No reply no refund.
