Airport Taxi Service After using the online booking which…

After using the online booking which went straight to confirmed with no indication of price for our airport drop off and emails requesting a price unanswered then text messages alerting us of driver pickup time we had to call Omar personally to get what ended up a competitive punctual and professional airport service the following day.
7 days later we were able to text him direct to arrange a late pick up at Manchester T1 for our return the following day instant response confirmation by return text and again totally professional service 👏👏 Highly recommendable

Kings cars were great. Reliable. On time. Flexible on pick up time. Clean car. Polite. Nice driver. Easy to book online and pay for in advance. Picture of driver sent via email. Reminder texts. Would use again.

Second time, not disappointed!

Second time, not disappointed! As before, clear and precise communication prior to pickups even though my return flight was delayed! Will definitely be my 'go to' company for airport transfers from now on!

Excellence and Beyond - No doubt!

Plenty of clear, precise email communication, verifying both bookings despite the short notice of the outgoing journey. Very prompt replies when queried about a mistake I thought that I had made when trying to pay. Calendar invites for your journeys included with your invoice. Driver texts you to introduce himself and in my case, 5 minutes before time required, to say he was there. Same for return (20/10/24). Can only apologise to Safeer for falling asleep almost immediately on both journeys! Would definitely recommend to anyone and will definitely be using again!

Highly Recommend King’s Cars

Very easy to book, safe driver and professional service. I booked online, and was pleasantly surprised to see a picture of chauffeur. He arrived on time, in a comfortable car and drove very safely to Birmingham Airport. I booked this the day before so cannot fault their service. Highly recommend King’s Cars, Cheltenham.

So glad we hired King’’s cars to take us to and from Southampton. Both drivers were excellent and a credit to their company, the vehicles used were very comfortable and we felt secure in both drivers’ abilities. We would not hesitate to use them again!

Nick was a great driver and we had loads of information before the day so knew all was going to run smoothly
Timing was perfect and a special treat was the fizzy wine after the wedding

Excellent service

Excellent service, booked and paid for on line in advance. The driver was great, very friendly, kind and helpful, lifted all our baggage. The driver was right on time and we had an excellent drive to Heathrow. No complaints what so ever. I would highly recommend this service.

Over an hour late

Easy to book airport transfer to home, paid online.
Arrived 1hour 5min late due to primarily traffic on M25.
Driver due to back issues was not able to lift/handle the luggage unassisted (5x suitcases).
Overall an unhappy experience after a 10 hour flight plus internal airport process and a cold evening.

Upon initial checks, we didn't find any reports in our system regarding this incident for the current month. Your cooperation in providing us with the requested details will greatly assist us in addressing this issue to ensure a better experience for our customers in the future.
