I ordered the inflatable bed over a year ago, have tried to email but they are rejected. Please don't deal with them.

FRAUD, company never sent me the item I ordered!!!! It is almost a year later and no response to my emails about ETA!

Scam company don’t make any purchases unless you want to just give away your money!

This is a scam. I bought a preloved jewelry item through shop app.

Never received product.

The tracking information dropped off the app with no follow up information on file. Unable to get charge disputed. No information. I thought this company would be on the up and up since it was on the SHOP app.

This is A SCAM i paid for a mattress never got the product. Contacted them and they emailed me back claiming they will review and get back to me reassuring that they will locate my product or refund me. Contacted them several more times and no response..

I had ordered a mattress bed in april.Its says delivered on May 1st.I have 4 camera's all around my house plus,ring doorbell.And yet still nothing.Yes it was a scam,to good to be true.But I will definitely nit do that again.Plus I will also warn other people about the site on facebook,and any other place that customer spend there hard earn money.

Total scam. I ordered and paid and never got my merchandise. No response from them after multiple tries.

fell for this scam to! I ordered my bed on April 5 2023 and got the order number. Now 4 months later nothing and cant find the order number. BUYER BEWARE SCAM SCAM SCAM

I really wish I would have read the reviews! I could have written any one of the reviews here. I KNOW BETTER! If it looks too good to be true it is...
The worst part is I believed it.
Fortunately, after contacting my Bank a refund was actually given by the Kindstore.
ALWAYS check out those social media ad suggestions!

Scammers never order from this Bogus Company 😩😩😩

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this so called company. I placed my order in April looked up the tracking says it’s been delivered never arrived to my home!! Do your research first and read all the previous reviews we all have the same issue!!

Tracking indicated delivered. When I emailed…”Zoe” said my mailing address was in question. After I verified it she said a new order was being sent…but provided exact same tracking number that already showed order as delivered. Over a dozen emails with no response. In the meantime I get strange emails and texts claiming to be either UPS or USPS stating they have a package for me without a complete mailing address…along with a link! (Ha! Like I’m following up on that!)
I have been in touch with my bank but need to contact them again to see how the process is going.
I went on BBB cite and there was a complaint that I could have written…except the poster had security cameras to prove no delivery.
I hope this helps to prevent at least one more fraud transaction!!!”

I ordered a air mattress in April and it is now July. I haven’t seen my product yet. I searched to see if it was in transit and won’t load. This site is a scam. I emailed them and they emailed me back saying I would get my order. I then emailed them again and they won’t reply.

I purchased a air mattress from this company back in April and still have not received it but oh they keep telling me it is held up in custom's which is a lie unless there is something illegal inside and we will give you your money back if doesn't clear custom's soon I kept writing and writing until they stop replying but still no money please read these reviews before ordering from these folks this is a scamming company if you pay for anything through them it will never appear trust me please don't order from them there were a woman name zoe and Wendy that kept lying

Ordered the mattress in March. Never received it. Now the tracking link says it's currently not available for the past month. Just say no to ordering from them!

I'm so pissed off at myself, I wish I did my research on this company first hand. Now I saw that I wasn't there first scam & I won't be there last either. So disgusting. I purchased my item on April 20th. I was following tracking, which was finally on May 18th it said out for delivery & said it was delivered on May 29th. Of course, it wasn't. This is Such bu*lsh*t that companys or people can scam & take money from people like this.

Total scam - order says delivered but never received anything. I believe they work together with the shipping company that says it was delivered. Wish I would have come here first.

Ordered an inflatable bed that looked so nice on line, Wow what a scam!!! Do not purchase anything from this store. No response and is still saying delivery in process from China. I ordered it on 3/29/2023.

I ordered my bed in March 2023 it took awhile I e-mailed them and they said it had been shipped and I should receive it in about 30 to 40 days, then I got a notice saying it had been delivered, I never got it and now they don’t respond to my e-mails. Yea I will be also turning them in to the BBB
