Love this company!

The product quality and design is amazing as well as the resonable price that come with it all, they have a super fast and responsive customer service in case you messed up on anything with your order which is a bonus!

Items still not received, poor communication with no offer of refund. I understand I was only paying for postage for the pins I ordered but I still expected a better level of service than this.
Not at all happy.

I liked the designs, but the service, quality and lead time were all appalling.
They got the order wrong, and despite the fact we've returned everything, they still are holding our money. That goes against the contract, but I don't think they care, avoid, they won't refund you.

The product seems ok (I bought some sunglasses). The lenses seem to rattle about in the frames slightly, but overall they're very cool.

However, the initial delivery time was quoted at 3 weeks. They actually took closer to 13 weeks to arrive with a lot of chasing from my part. Eventually, they arrived after I requested a refund, which was initially ignored, and a PayPal charge back procedure was initiated.

Overall, the product looks good, but do not expect the items to arrive expediently.

My first order with the killing tree went well. My second was disastrous. I ordered a T-shirt for my sons birthday which stil hasn’t arrived - 3 months later. My emails were generally ignored for days and I felt my case was not important enough!

Great customer service. I have ordered prints and pins and a tshirt and they all arrived in good time and looked awesome!

Ordered a pair of awesome looking sunglasses. Had a follow up email stating there was a supplier issue and due to demand there would be a delay. This was in March, we are now in July, still not received the item and emailing them is becoming progressively more futile. I've ordered from then previously with no issues whatsoever, but this time round their ability to deliver a solid experience or actually deal with my issue has been awful.

I may have to think twice before considering any future purchases

Buyer beware.
Sent an order in for a product month's ago, contacted customer services to say it hasn't arrived and got a pretty generic response with no sign of a release date for my item. They will take your money alright, but getting it back or what you paid for is a joke.
Extremely disappointed to say the least. And I'm far from the first. It seems to be a common trend and left me looking foolish when I had no item to give my partner.
Shop elsewhere at all costs.

Just purchased the spirit and wisdom bomber jacket and couldn't be happier, the design is beautiful, as is all the designs.

Great quality product and a nice addition to any collection. Have had many comments and questions about the glasses/cut throat/comb combo. Fast delivery even to Australia and communication throughout sale was great. Definitely look to deal with again.
