No Despatch, No Communication, Bad Website
Website is often faulty and / or lacks functionality. I wasn't able to order a t-shirt and messaged to describe the problem, they said it was fixed, but it wasn't. When I was finally able to order the t-shirt, as for below people it has now been a month and they haven't responded to my message.
Given the correlation between mine and other peoples orders I recommend finding an alternative designer and supplier.
Edit: My timing was a little off, the order came in after a month and three days. They messaged me I think last week to say the items were on the way. I have just tried finding that message but it's not in my inbox and I can't see it on the site. I thought the message said the items would be with me last week, and they arrived just now, however I can't verify that. They put in two free prints, a pin badge, a patch and some sun glasses for free which is very generous. It's not like I picked the designs however and with exception to the sunnies, they're not to my tastes and have gone into the bin. I think this is a waste to be honest.

Ordered a t shirt 3 weeks ago and still haven't received it, or had any sort of communication to let me know if/when it'll turn up.
I've also emailed twice about my concern and haven't received a reply. It's totally unacceptable!
So quick update, I still haven't received my t shirt. I did get an email reply on the 15th August ( which was 7 days after my second complaint email) assuring me I'll receive it within 7 days it's now the 29th August.
What an absolute joke. Avoid at all costs

Quick delivery, no problems most of the time. Love that they do offers such as just pay postage on items like a4 good quality prints and enamel prints. Always recommend 👌

If this is regarding a recent order then there could be a few explanations - our recent Pre-Order deal on DethRays and Viperays seemed to cause a lot of confusion in terms of some customers missing the 'Pre-Order' aspect and therefore worrying about their orders not arriving. Furthermore, our customer service team is usually available Monday - Friday but this can change depending on Holiday time for our employees. If you fall in either of these categories then you should have received an email with a similar explanation and confirmation that you are not going unheard!
