Sounds gratuitous at this point, but as everyone else has said, ordered over a month ago, had a confirmation message, even managed to get a message saying my order has been shipped after a few emails. But that was over 2 weeks ago and i doubt theyve sent anything, unless carrier pigeons are still a valid transportation method.. and even still i'd expect it at this point..

Placed an order of over £70 on 27/09/18, payment went through fine and received a confirmation text that the order is being processed but still no sign of the goods. I have emailed them with no response.
After reading that many people are having the same issue all I can say is PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered fron this company around 5 weeks ago. Obviously my payment of £75 went through with the greatest of ease, no issues there. I recieved a confirmation email to say that my order was successful and in around 6 to 10 days i would recieve my goods. Then the waiting game started. I have sent 4 emails to 2 different addresses. No response. I threatened to seek advice about the matter. No response. Still waiting to this day. Ignorant, unprofessional and downright rude. If this isnt sorted soon i will find out where the office is and gladly spend more money travelling there.

Can't believe I didn't look at these reviews before, however I have ordered previoulsy and didn't have a problem.
I placed an order 4 weeks ago, received one text message with an order number and not heard a peep since, I've sent numerous emails... no response. Messages on social media... no response. Through paypal! NO RESPONSE, this was a gift for an 18th bday.
If i ignored my emails at work, I'd be sacked! Shocking how they don't respond to anything and happily taking peoples hard earned cash with no care in the world!

Order made about six weeks ago with no sign of my order, I’ve been trying every avenue possible to get a response from this company yet they continue to just ignore me, aside from sending one message 2 weeks ago saying they could not fufill my order and asked if I wanted a refund, which of course I do and I immediately said yes and the birthday I bought the gift for has long surpassed and I bought a replacement gift. YET they still haven’t replied to that, even opened the message in fact, and there had been absolutely no sign of processing a refund.

Took it too PayPal and started a dispute... still no response what so ever.

Feel absolutely scammed... obviously they do not want to put the funds into hiring an addiquate amount of staff but they’re happy to essentially steal someone’s hard earned cash. Refund wanted immediately.

I made an order over a month ago with these guys, heard nothing other than an order confirmation; so I contacted their support and received an automated message saying I’d be gotten back to in two days. It’s been 3 weeks now and I couldn’t advise you to stay away more. Going to follow the trading standards advice outlined by another poster.

I love Killing Tree clothes and have been using them no problem for over a year. I placed another £50+ order in August and have had nothing yet. I have contacted them three times and have not had a reply. I didn't want to put this review in because the clothing quality it fantastic.

I hope my clothes arrive soon so I can change this review

They have now stopped replying to my email questions about my order and I just get an automated "we will get back to you with in 2 days" . Placed my order for a vest and badge on the 14th August and now not only pointless emails but being ignored on Facebook too.
Just plain bad.

2nd review on thesecas i got a responce from jane saying they was having busy time with orders but since i have ordered from these i have had 3 deliveries from different companies and 2 of which where custom items which had been made for me and still arrived within a week i had been told a week ago that my items would be out that week and still nothing has arrived posssibly the worst customer service i have ever received from a company i email 2 days ago and waiting to get a responce from them as the delivery is beyond a joke you cant run a business like this and the reveiws that say they have a good service is total rubbish

I look forward to what i will be fed when they read tjis as i know it will be kust the same generic rubbish

Just The Worst. I am still trying to get a response from this company with regard to either my order being fulfilled or a refund. I shall take others advice and contact trading standards etc. They took my money nearly a month ago and since it has been radio silence. I even posted snapshot asking for a response via Instagram but still no reply. This company have provided me with some quality items in the past but now I don't want the products. I love supporting independent traders but now this one will stay firmly on the "Never Again" list of places to buy apparel.
If you like the type of products offered (but not delivered) by "The Killing Tree", then I would suggest Hobo-Jack as an alternative.

Just an update on the order I purchased, after not receiving any response from them, I contacted trading standards and reported the company, ( you can get there company number on companies house) also contacted my bank and reported it to them. Within a day I had an email that wasn't automated. Apologising for the poor communication and a refund of the full amount that day. I'd advise everyone else having trouble with this company to do the same. It's a breach of contract, and they shouldn't be trading.

Was really looking forward to the prints I'd ordered over 2 weeks ago, frames bought for them and all.

No reply to emails. No way of contacting them without emails being deleted or comments being removed.

Avoid completely, it's such a shame because the products look quality, but I doubt there was ever an intention to send them.

Like others, order placed several weeks ago, money taken, no updates and no doubt will not be recieving my order.

I can understand increased times due to busy periods. I can understand factors out of their control, but to continue to post on social media
(whilst ignoring existing customers) to entice new orders/money when existing customers are currently left out of pocket is absolutely disgusting.

I'm all for supporting independent retailers, but only those that treat their customers with an ounce of Respect. Don't expect that from The Killing Tree. Avoid at all costs.

Trying to get hold of this company for days - they have taken €100 for an order but now not responding to emails, or social media messages.... hoping to get a response on here to be honest. Don’t mind waiting a while for the items as long as they communicate with me but now increasingly worried Im not going to receive anything at all 😞 Wondering how they can be allowed to keep trading if it’s as bad as everyone says? Pretty sad about the whole thing.

They mucked up on my order, and then tried to bully me into just accepting what had arrived. They were extremely rude and arrogant, so much so that I wrote a review. The stitching had come apart on one item and it was the wrong size and colour. They blamed me for that, so I resent a copy of my original order. Their stuff is overpriced and of poor quality, and the service is appalling, truly the worst I've had in a ....well ever.

Awful company. Item never arrived, bad communication and downright rude. Finally told me they would send me a refund, which I never got, all I got was vague timings of when my refund would be processed. Only got my money back because PayPal seized it from their account.
If you really have to use this company, pay through PayPal, so at least you’ve got some protection if they try to screw you over.
Bad reviews on here, negative comments on their Facebook and Instagram (that’s if they don’t delete them first), wish I’d read the reviews before dealing with them.

I made and order on 1/9/18 and the order was stated it will take up to 10 working days, so final day would have been 14/9/18. Nothing from the company had arrived, they’ve only decided that they’re going to ship my items once I requested PayPal to refund me the money. More then willing to take your money, and more then willing to make you wait reticulum times for your items will not be. Using again
