The delivery took a wee while and the tee's could be a bit more robust, but overall I'm happy. I put the longer delivery down to the tee's being printed, as is the norm for a smallish company. So no complaints.

Good designs, great communications and nice freebee's. Very happy with the free prints too.

I have never written a review for anything before so this goes to show how strongly I feel about this and I wouldn’t want anyone else to waste their money.

I ordered from this company in February - I received my goods at the end of March a good few weeks later. I ordered the size of my tshirts based on the online guide and they were far too big.

I emailed the company to ask if I could return the goods which they agreed so I followed their directions and returned them the next day.

It’s now June - nearly 3 months after I returned my goods and still no replacement. Through emails I was told that they were waiting to hear back from the warehouse regarding my order and all was in hand etc. I have since asked for an exchange or update on my order and the company have ceased replying to me altogether.

Do not waste your time or money!!!

I don't usually write reviews because I am generally very laid back about this sort of thing but I take exception with The Killing Tree.
I ordered two items from this company, one was delivered on time as expected - the other has not arrived nearly 3 months later.
I've emailed them multiple times and have been told multiple times that the item is on it's way, they have told me that they have issues with the 'distribution team' but my item has definitely been re-ordered and will be arriving shortly.
After waiting very patiently for over 2 months I then began asking for a refund and unsurprisingly since then, I have had no response from them.
I am in the process of speaking to Citizen's Advice about how I can get my money back. This is waaaay too much hassle for an average t-shirt.
Avoid people, there is a lot of competition out there just buy from somewhere else, don't risk your money.

Absolute shocker of a company. Same as all the others here. Ordered...waited...waited some more. Emailed. Waited. Waited more emailed more blah blah carries on for about a month till I looked up the owner and his wife on Facebook and messaged direct. Eventually got item but quality so poor sent straight back! Now waiting on the refund.

Like so many independents they just cannot keep up with orders and provide absolutely no customer support.
Shame really.

Brilliant product for a great price, and also delivery was quick too. Great customer service too!

It has been a while since my issues, at the time this company had avoided all reveiw platforms which infact i mentioned to them in my correspondences.

My sons mum, and my partner both knew i liked the killing tree, and as birthday gifts ordered, individually.

Well the new website is flash but that is all that is, neither order arrived in time despite being ordered with almost a month to go. 1 arrived a few days after my birthday and the other weeks after.

Sons mother did get a extra tshirt with her order but my partner was offered nothing but free delivery...

Now eventually they arrived however in this time we experienced extremely poor customer service who just blamed manufacturing... even the director was rude and backed up the rude staff.

To top this all off, the killing tree used to use a lovely garment from bella canvas, very nicely cut, durable and comfortable, they have now changed to a cheaper and less durable brand that shrinks and warps with the first wash!

My orriginal tshirts have lasted years, these last ones not even 2 washes and they were ruined.... terrible.

I will never order again and anyone i can tell about my experience i will!

I ordered 2 tops in on 27.03.2018. They never arrived after me emailing the customer service team multiple times. I requested a refund for them since they never showed up. I was told I would be refunded. But instead The tops showed up on 16.05.2018? I no longer wanted the tops so emailed them and asked for a free returns label. I was told to post the tops back and send proof pf postage and they would refund me for the tops and the postage. I have no received any correspondence since I returned the top. I paid £30 for the tops back in March when I ordered them. The customer service has been SHOCKING. Rude staff that couldn't care less. I have requested a refund multiple times and now I am just being ignored. this is THEFT. Do not shop with the company. They take your money and either don't send out what you ordered, take months to send it to you, or do not refund you for your purchase. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Claimed to have sent shirt, but not received. Duplicate supposedly sent but no further communication from this company. Ignoring all emails, very poor way to run a business especially as products are good if they actually turn up. I suspect the killing tree will not be around much longer if they continue to operate like this.

order had not been fufilled after two months, lack of response from them over it and when the order finally arrives, they have replaced part of it due to missing stock. requested a refund before they shipped and they chose to ignore me and ship anyway. terrible service

I ordered one tshirt in the middle of March, did not hear anything until a month later when I ended up requesting an update, to which they just said there was an issue with manufacturers and an unexpected number of orders. Today, I got an email saying my order has been cancelled and the refund requested just like I asked. Firstly I did not ask for a refund, secondly I would personally never order from killing tree ever again. Waiting almost 2 months for one tshirt is unacceptable, The lack of customer service is equally unacceptable. Avoid.

After waiting over 3 weeks for my order and getting a couple of emails back saying order was in production I started getting bad vibes about this company and told them to cancel and refund. They always responded to emails within a few days but I just feel like this is one of those companies that could go bust at any minute. I’ll be avoiding from now on.

So I'm guessing the excellent reviews on here are all employees or models that work for TKT?

Four months and no product...same response from Nicole saying how sorry they are and working to fix the problem..."thank you for your patience"? No not anymore patience is out the window along with my money. Absolute thieves taking people's good hard earned cash without having the product in stock. Don't get involved with this company very dodgy and like all the negative reviews state getting a response from anyone is a nightmare don't be fooled by the great looking products...they don't have ANY in stock...my guess is they owe their suppliers and haven't coughed up...hence the taking orders and not dispatching the items to the customer. Trading standards must get involved this place needs shut down!

Ordered free art prints and pinbadges!

My order came within two days of ordering and i'm very happy with the quality and price i paid!

So far TkT is worth one review solely by their lack of response and information as well as slacking in giving email updates about my purchase. It's already been 4 days and I've yet to hear anything about my first order with the company. As a small business owner, i personally understand the importance of costumer satisfaction as well as reliable updates because after all, businesses are playing with the COSTUMERS money.
My review is likely to change by very near future experiences, depending on the response time and order updates. But if i do not hear back from the killing tree costumer service team, I will take legal actions to get a full monetary return of my order.

Finally got a few responses from their cs team but still no updates whether my package is being shipped. I recieved the pin badge in the mail with my $60 order from purchasing a shirt, however instead of receiving the shirt I ordered, I got a freaking print out picture on construction paper, for $60??? Are they serious? Why would I pay that much when I could print the picture out myself for free at home?? I sent a conplaint and still haven't received an update of my corrected order or any notice as to when it will ship out. I personally will advise to stay away from the company until they get their priorities situated. The company is a joke and I'm filling for a refund.

AVOID! Nothing but troubled with this company.
Made an order. Waited 6 weeks. Nothing delivered. Kept having to chase them for an explanation and didn't really get one. I have now asked for a refund and now have to wait for that to be approved. No idea what the real issues are here but somethings not right.

I have previously ordered with TKT with no issues, but unfortunately the tables have turned for the worse.

After placing my order on the 15th March, i patiently waited for my order. With no word of my order being dispatched after a month of waiting, i contacted them asking what was happening. I was told that the team would be reached out to with other apologies.

A week later with no fresh information, i emailed them again. I was told that they were 'in the middle of intense growth' with other apologies again and asking to bare with them and that the team is 'working around the clock' and even gave them some well needed feedback on how they may be able to curb inquiries like mine in the future.

Another week passed with no shipping email. I again emailed them, and again had the apologies, being told that the matter would be followed up with right away, which even if was true, i have no evidence of this, and did say that i am able to have a refund at request.

ANOTHER week passed, and by now I have had the final straw with this matter. I have asked for the email addresses for the Director, Operations Managers and the Head of Customer Service, so i can take the matter further and see what is happening within their company.
I shall also be contacting Trading Standards.

Be warned, if you do decided to place an order with this brand, expect to be waiting a long time.

I had to threaten them with legal action to even get them to cancel my order due to waiting for over a month for it and just refunding me.
I had to bombard them on social media as well as email to even get a response. An absolute disgrace of a company and should be shut down immediately.
