I have already recommended this Interior Designing course to many of my friends - I enjoyed it so much!
The self-paced course was excellent to do during this COVID-19 era as it adapted to the situation and yet, even though I'd never met my tutor, she was always reachable via email and responded to any queries within a day. The course provided an in-depth overview of all major aspects of Interior Design, and the assignments related very well to the tutorials - providing the opportunity for me to really develop what I'd learnt into a real-life task scenario. I now feel 100% ready to hit the ground running!

I highly recommend the professional Interior Design Course to anyone interested in Interior design.

I've always been interested in Interior Design and have been eager to do a course for almost a decade now!
I'm so glad I chose to complete my study with the Interior Design Academy, they have been so helpful throughout it all, always replied to my emails within 24hours and the feedback was so thorough and extremely helpful.
Tutorials are self paced which was ideal when I could study anytime I pleased, example assignments were also a great reference to know I was on the right track.
Such a positive experience overall, especially to have the acknowlegement from a professional Interior Designer that I could actually do this was such a confidence boost!

The course is very well structured and provides a lot of information.

Assignments are generally pretty clearly set out with good examples provided as a guide to what is required.

Good feedback is always received pretty quickly after submitting an assignment.

Perhaps a bit more contact and support could be provided in terms of follow up to see how you are getting on with assignments thought to keep motivation up.

Interior Design Academy has opened the door to incredible insights of the Interior Design world. The detailed and informative coursework combined with the excellent reviews and feedback from my tutor has been so helpful and useful for me. There is so much that you learn. Support and guidance from the Academy has been extraordinary. You can reach out at any time and feel someone is there with you throughout your journey. I have no regrets in doing this course for myself.

Studying with the Interior Design Academy has been a thoroughly enjoyable and inspiring experience from the beginning. Tutorials are designed to give more than enough information required to explore the topic for the purposes of assignment completion, but also opens up a range of further study material, recommended reading and links to informative websites and publications.
Communication with the Academy staff has been efficient and positive. Feedback has been constructive and challenging, making the assignments much more of a valuable experience.

All in all, a great course! I was hesitant at first to commit to anything but I am so glad I did commit to this. The course sets you up well for a career and you get really good constructive feedback to improve as you go. It is expected to go above the assignment brief which took me a couple of assignments to realise, but I’ve really enjoyed the learnings! Friendly communication and prompt responses too from staff too.

My experience with The Interior Design Academy was a joyous one. I was able to complete assignments at my own pace in and around my children. The course was informative, easy to read and follow and full of great resources. Highly recommend this course!

This is a course that takes you through the most important elements of interior design - and nothing that you dont need to know!
I studied interior design to complement my work as an Event Manager where we think about how an event space looks, functions and how it will enrich the guest experience. The Interior Design Academy course helped me think about design in ways that I never considered, and have opened my eyes to the opportunities in interior design should I move away from the event industry.
This was an investment in my future and I am so glad I took the opportunity.
The admin team at the Academy are probably some of the most helpful and understanding people I have ever corresponded with. Erin in particular would always reply to emails promptly and never left me with unanswered questions.
My tutor Lisa was so very thorough in her feedback on assignments; you know she had worked her way through every detail of your submission and had taken the time to break it down while giving valuable advice on improvements. Lisa was always very encouraging.
I fully recommend this course to those who want to apply their knowledge of interior design to their career, or looking to start their own business; you could learn so much that isnt always offered in books or on the job.

Cannot express my gratitude enough for the invaluable advice, honest and constructive feedback. The course was informative and well structured. Although online - for me it felt very personal and my tutor Lisa hallet made every effort to spend so much time and effort in her teaching and marking. I’m so happy I chose to go with the interior design academy.

I enrolled in this course because of my friend’s recommendation who is working as an interior design consultant in Melbourne. I found this course completely localised with Aussie style, very well organized, and helpful. After each tutorial you can earn good knowledge about the topic and there are many valuable comments from top Australian designers that I really enjoyed them. Also, you can find many local business sources that you need to leverage them for your future work. About the assignments, they are wonderful and extremely helpful because after each of them I have received valuable and super helpful feedback from my tutor. I have a great passion about art and interior design and Interior Design Academy showed me the path to start my career in this field. I found the course very informative and the staff so very helpful if I had any questions at all, they responded in a timely manner and ensured my questions were answered thoroughly, I was never at any point made to feel silly for asking a question, they were always kind and supportive. I am very thankful for completing my Interior Design course, I originally thought 6 months would be enough time to complete, but with fulltime work starting, I was able to finish in 12 months. The course notes were very thorough, and I was able to complete my assignments with the guidance in the notes, and online examples. My assessment feedback was very comprehensive.
As this course is offered as remote learning due to current circumstances with Covid, I did miss being in a classroom and being hands-on and collaborative with other students and teacher. I did find the course well paced, extensively informative, and was able to understand most concepts as I have had other colour training previously. It may not be as easy for first time students, doing distance learning in this field. My other friend who dropped off half way, realised the distance learning didn't work for her. But with COVID and lockdowns, this worked great for me.

The Interior Design Academy gave me the confidence and all that I need to start a career in interior design. There was a lot of useful and interesting information, including information on how to go about doing interior design, how to relate to potential clients and how to manage the business side of things. The staff at IDA were supportive and friendly whenever I needed to contact them, and that support is ongoing now that I have graduated. I have used what I learnt in the course to make some improvements to my airbnb listings. I have also been asked to select the exterior colours for an entire resort. Thank you, IDA for giving me more options for my future.

I am loving the Interior Design Academy course. The tutorials are well presented, easy to read and to understand. They also contain suggested places to research further. The flexibility to learn and complete assignments at your own pace makes it easier to fit in around everyday events and activities. The feedback from an experienced interior designer is also terrific. I am amazed at how much effort goes into the feedback which also contains additional sites to discover and tips and tricks that will be useful when I start my first commissions. I would definitely recommend this course to anyone interested in learning about interior design and wanting to enter the industry.
