Eden & Greg where incredibly helpful with their suggestions and prompt response. And the ice sculpture was perfect, the right size for the purpose.
The delivery team was super on time and managed to set it up carefully and quickly for the event.

I ordered a 21 ice sculpture for my sons 21st party at home . The ice sculpture arrived exactly when it was supposed to and had excellent details how to set it up . Icebox could not have done any more . The ice sculpture looked amazing and everyone loved it so much . Thank you !! I will def be using you again .

We have used the Ice Box for our annual company "treasure hunt" for over 10+ years, after a hiatus the event was back again this year and the Ice Box continued with their excellent service. The Ice luge is always a major part of our event and always goes down well, thank you once again!

Ordered a vodka luge for my 40th birthday party, which was supposed to be a centre piece for the event. I’d ordered 5 premium bottles of vodka to accompany it at my own expense and the luge didn’t turn up.
It was apparently sent to the wrong place and ended up melting in the back of the DPD van.
Communication wasn’t great, although I did get a refund.

Items including all items tray lite sculptures arrived perfect.
Our friends very happy.

I was rather specific in the shape as per a picture I took from google - the team was super quick, easy and flexible to deal with, great service on the day and it looked fantastic! Would highly recommend!

Just had my Tesla screen fitted to my Freelander 2 HSE, Rob and the team looked after me very well while waiting plenty of coffee and loads of information on the install and demo when completed fitting, must say how impressed with this kit as fetched my car into the 21st century looks fantastic and works all my Freelander factory controls. I recently ordered a vodka ice luge at very short notice for my daughters 18th. They were very responsive, pulled out all of the stops to make sure it was here on time and it was so well packaged that even though it was delivered quite early morning, when we unpacked it at 7pm it was in perfect condition and looked great. My daughter and her friends loved it - it was a fantastic centre piece for the party - very good value for money. A big thank you from us all.

Hannah and the team at the ICEBOX, were super helpful and communicative throughout the process and the end result was truly spectacular. The football boot was an exact replica and lasted over 5 hours outside in 33 degree heat which was very impressive.
