I ordered the bundle for my daughter and I was very happy with the quality. 2 items were a bit small so these are going through an exchange and the cuff on the gloves was a little tight, so with the great customer service from Joy, I was able get these swapped for an alternative style, now waiting on delivery and I hope it all fits ok. Customer service is 2nd to none!

I would strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering from this company.

I ordered a pair of goalkeeper gloves, but unfortunately the size was too small. I returned them following the company’s instructions and was told that a replacement pair would be sent.

After that, the experience became extremely frustrating. I was provided with multiple tracking numbers that either did not work or showed no shipment. Despite several follow-up emails over the following weeks, I stopped receiving any responses from customer service altogether.

At this point, I have neither received the replacement gloves nor a refund. As a result, I have had to initiate a payment dispute with my card provider.

Mistakes can happen with any business, but what disappointed me most was the complete lack of communication after they had received my returned item. Had they responded and resolved the issue, this review would not have been necessary.

We ordered the Academy bundle for our son, he has previously used gloves from another supplier. It arrived very quickly and is great quality. There was a slight issue with two tops being sent rather than a top and shorts. One email and the issue was sorted very quickly by Joy. Great Cutomer Service and a good quality product.

Great quality kit, padded shorts, long sleeve top and padded trousers came as part of the Academy bundle. All of the clothing is well made. We had an issue with sizing but the returns and replacement service was great. The company also has a great customer service team who answered queries promptly. All round would highly recommend.

Really impressed with the quality of the gloves and clothing from 100glove. Gloves are a good fit and clothing is comfortable and reliable. Great customer service also when required. We'll use again in the future.

Bought the academy pack for my son . Great Value for money . You get all the padded under armour which is needs for goalkeepers diving, getting up and down on 3G pitches . A good pair of gloves . I purchased the tempest . My son says they all feel great . I had to exchange the top for a bigger size as the large was a bit small for him. Sent an email in explaining and the customer service was great from Joy. Also received a free towel as the mystery gift which will help on days when it’s raining heavy . First time using 100 and would purchase from them again .

The lack of communication from them is awful! Never received an email to confirm my delivery. I had to contact them and waited over a week for a reply! They took 3 weeks to be delivered. The sizing was wrong! Contacted them for a refund.. and no reply! Awful quality on the gloves. Only thing that was decent are the shin pads! Honestly avoid this company. Though I would give them a try. Never again will I order from them again. Will only be ordering the ONE GLOVE 👊

Avoid this company at all costs.

I spent £150 on clothing and gloves that do not fit according to the sizing information provided on the company’s website. When I contacted customer services, I was extremely disappointed to be told that they would not provide a refund and would only offer store credit.

The clothing was already ordered in the smallest size available, making an exchange pointless as there is no smaller option to try. The gloves are even worse—the cuff is so tight that my son cannot fit more than three fingers into them, making them unusable.

Despite explaining these issues, including what I believe to be a fault with the gloves, the company has refused to refund my money and insists on offering store credit instead. Why would I want to spend more money with a company whose sizing is inaccurate and whose products do not meet reasonable expectations?

The customer service has been dismissive and completely unhelpful throughout. I feel £150 out of pocket with products that cannot be used and a company that appears more interested in keeping customers’ money than resolving legitimate complaints.

A truly frustrating experience. I would strongly recommend shopping elsewhere.

Placed an order. No correspondence after order confirmation. Cant contact anyone at the company. £130 down the drain! Scam company.

Had a few pairs of gloves from these. both myself and son love them. had a issue with the last pair and Joy sorted it for immediately. customer service is as great as the gloves.

After ordering a first pair for my son using the size guide they were too small, I used the exchange option at a cost to me of £7.50 and it took two weeks to receive the replacement pair and several chasing emails. On arrival the replacement pair were damaged and clearly shouldn’t have passed QA. I emailed Joy in customer service asking for a refund as I’ve lost faith now and without checking processed a replacement order (even though distance selling legislation states I am entitled to a full refund). I had to email again to request, as my original email I did not want another pair. Three days later I am still awaiting a response regarding my refund and my emails are being ignored. My next step is trading standards for a questionable returns policy and to get my money back for faulty gloves. Not the best experience.

Real quality made gear. Really fast dispatch of goods and clear communication. My son wears it all with pride and with confidence, which gives him a mentality edge.

First pair of gloves were ruined half way through my sons 4th game palms all worn away, I had purchased the cleaning foam and grip spray and were cleaned as said after every game.
Reported this was offered £10 off my next order told them its ok as I wouldn't be ordering again.
Left my review and was contacted within a week and they replaced the gloves.. unfortunately the same is happening again..
Were informed this is normal if played on 3g pitches. Most games have been grass pitches..
Its a shame as my son liked these gloves they just are not durable for a football season 😕

Wrong item received… I was asked to submit photographic evidence of the sent items, which I did, but two separate follow up emails were ignored.

I then raised a dispute through PayPal and the saga continues - one month on and counting - despite a clear despatch error.

Following a fault with gloves Joy in customer service was very prompt to respond and ensured to remedy the situation asap.

The quality is amazing gloves and clothing they also gave my son the confidence

Really good product and delivery was early and even sent and email to check up on how it was
