I have been overwhelmed and it’s been effecting my sleep to the point where I couldn’t fall asleep. When I did finally sleep I would wake up every few hours. I never felt rested and would be tired all day. I have tried other supplements that promised to help me and there was always something. Either they made me groggy, or didn’t keep me asleep so I was skeptical.
After literally my first night I was over the moon. I feel asleep smoothly and slept through the night. I was AMAZED! I haven’t had a full nights sleep in close to a year! I slept SO GOOD too! I woke FEELING rested instead of groggy or wired. I hadn’t woken up in the middle of the night and had more energy. I felt great and was able to focus in the morning before my tea kicked in. I’m a lifer now!!

I picked up the Lychee Hydration Powder because I’m terrible at drinking enough water throughout the day and wanted something that would actually motivate me to stay hydrated. The flavor is light, refreshing, and makes plain water so much more enjoyable without being overpowering. I’ve definitely found myself reaching for my water bottle more often since I started using it.
