Super made bed full of natural materials cool to sleep even on hot nights ,if l ever need a another l go back to this very caring company with old fashion standards.

We had been looking for a really firm supportive mattress and were pleased to be able to discuss and compare types at The Hotel Bed Company showroom. Excellent advice and able to purchase associated bedding too.
Just as Gary said, four weeks and so it arrived.
Fully up to my hopes. Well done! Can now sleep right through the night.
Now know the difference between night and day. Just like the mattress.

Brilliant bed. Great personal service

I bought a kingsize mattress topper which is very comfortable, but it doesn't stay on the bed very well. The elastic straps pop off easily, they need to be much deeper and every 2 to 3 days I have to pull the topper from one side of the bed across as during the night it shifts over to one side

From my initial telephone call to receiving our new mattress, the service was second to none.
The delivery was arranged to suit us, the driver contacted us with his arrival time, delivered the new mattress & removed our old one.
Mattress is extremely comfortable & we look forward to enjoying it for years! Thoroughly recommend!

The Hotel Bed Company have been brilliant to work with! We placed our first order with them for the Sublime Gold mattress just a couple of weeks ago, and within a week received the mattress. They kept us informed of the delivery schedule all the way through, and were very helpful, friendly and professional. The Mattress is absolutely beautiful, and extremely nurturing and comfortable and luxe. It was well priced considering its quality. We will be going back to the Hotel Bed Company when the time comes to choose another mattress. We love this company!

The topper is sublime. It took a week or so to get used to having such a supple top to the mattress, but it really does aid a deep sleep.

I contacted The Hotel Bed Company last year and they helped me find a particular mattress I was looking for from Bath Mill Lodge retreat. The customer service team were really helpful.
I took advantage of a discount code over Christmas and bought the Excellence mattress, 4 drawer divan and headboard. Delivery of the items was made before Christmas, so earlier than estimated.
The delivery and assembly was easy, the guys who delivered the bed were great and didn’t leave any mess.
The quality and finish of the bed and headboard is so much better than my last bed (I had the Travelodge sleeper set). The drawers open and close smoothly, there is detailing around the drawers, the fabric is luxurious.
The mattress is very comfortable and we have been sleeping a lot better.

Cannot stress enough how helpful hotel bed are. The matress we had and topper are of exceptional quality and this this is also the same as the level of service you receive from them. Please give them a chance. You wont regret it.
