Exceptional customer service
Having ordered some heavy machinery from Hembryggeriet (The Home Brewery) to be imported from Sweden, we were delighted with the overall service received!
Unfortunately, the first item arrived badly damaged and was therefore inoperable, but a replacement was quickly sent and the original unit collected without any delay or fuss. The process was smooth and simple.
Some issues with the second machine were sorted in-house, thanks to quick and clear communication from the vendor.
The customer service has been second to none, and I have no hesitation whatsoever recommending other importers to to give Hembryggeriet a try.
