The Holiday Masters Bewertungen

I will always use this company from now on to book our holidays!
Thank you so much Ash, who was brilliant from beginning to end, and patiently helped us to get the exact holiday we were struggling to find by ourselves. They take all the stress out of booking a holiday and work tirelessly until you are happy. It’s a very easy process.

Excellent value, customer service and fab holiday.
Great communication for booking the holiday and keeping us up to date and fully informed of flights, transfers, hotel info etc. Will definitely book with them again.

Shady (John) was my contact with the holiday masters, a few delays in the booking of the holiday didn’t take away from the experience, the most cost effective way for a holiday is by far through Holiday Masters.

Will definitely be using them for my next holiday, the flights were at good times, the hotel was prefect and everything was communicated through emails about boarding passes and what else we needed to do before and during the duration of the holiday.

Thanks Shady and Holiday Masters for a 5 star experience!

I made my booking with a deposit a month ago & was concerned when I was unable to get through on the telephone number provided to pay the balance. This was resolved 10 minutes later when I spoke with Shady who was very helpful & patient. He followed up with a call to ensure I had received my holiday confirmation & vouchers. He gave me peace of mind about my holiday booking. Answering any questions that I had. Thank you Shady!!

I can only comment on the booking stage so far. I dealt with Richy.. good communication back and forth through email and phonecall. I did notice an error on inbound flight email confirmation but this was soon rectified by him. He was helpful and explained everything well.
