Avoid!

Ordered on 5th December from a Facebook post for a Christmas present. Item shipped 26th December and arrived January. Not impressed.
Drop shipping website, shipped from China. Terrible customer service.

Total scam site

I, like so many other people it looks like was duped and I found this website off of IG: BIG MISTAKE! (A few years ago, I bought some shirts from a website, and it was a similar situation, but I assumed it was a one off but now after this experience I highly discourage people from buying anything after being linked from IG.) I got the order confirmation saying it was on the way on Dec.5th. Was excited to give them for Christmas. Never came and the tracking info hasn't changed at all, plus it is coming all the way from China (bad sign), the company says its in Wyoming but it's obviously a sham. I hit up the website help; they didn't get back for days but did on the 29th of December saying they are sorry for the delay but it's on the way & be patient. I told them I changed my mind and they said "sorry, we can't do anything to refund after the order has been sent." Only it's obvious that the order hasn't been sent. Total scam. DON'T BUY!!!!

Scam - no order, no response

I ordered a Christmas gift for my father mid December, paid for tracking but nothing has been dispatched when I check my order on their website. Emailed support and received no response. As has been the case for many others after reading these reviews, I’m not holding out hope. If I receive no response within a couple of days, I’m reporting this company. Disgraceful

Never received my books - frustrated

I ordered these books as gifts for my parents in early December. It is now almost mid January and I have no way to know if my books are still coming. I’ve contacted Heirloom Books support email and they continue to send me the same pre-written response about getting back to me. I am hoping that they see this complaint on Trustpilot and they contact me to figure out a way to help me. I am very frustrated with this company. Heirloom, please get ahold of me ASAP.

Same as everyone else. I ordered 2 dad and 2 mom books on December 7th. Still nothing. I had a tracking number, it said received and ready to ship. Then no such order number after that. It was "ready to ship" on December 11th. But as I said, there is no shipping number anymore. I have contacted the company 3 times. They responded saying they were letting the warehouse know to expedite. I dont think they know what that word means. I guess I will be disputing the charges for the 4 books. Very disappointing. And also I had no idea this was shipping from China. Very deceiving site.

Scam stay away

Scam stay away. Ordered books almost a month ago got a bogus tracking number through shop then received some B.S email about sorry for the inconvenience but they are busy with a B.S order number that doesn't show any tracking number. Googled the address they has listed in Wyoming and doesn't come up as heirloom books
Will definitely be reporting them as fraud and posting reviews on all social platforms. I will also give their info to my lawyer and have them invested to save other people from waisting their money.

Trash

Same experience as many others should have dis my research before purchasing. Placed and order early December received notice that it shipped and haven't heard anything since reaches out to support BUT they were not supportive.

They just ignore you

Ordered two books in early December for £40. Tracking has shown "returned to sender" since mid December.
I've emailed 3 times this side of the new year asking for a refund to no reply.
If I'd spent £10 then I wouldn't be too bothered but £40 is expensive for what I ordered, and to then have to gall to ignore me.
Really not happy.

AVOID PURCHASING!!

AVOID PURCHASING!!! I bought 2 book from them almost a month ago and they have not arrived. I have sent several emails requesting a refund and they have not responded. I could have purchased similar books from Amazon for less and had them here next day.

UPDATE- Replied back to the message they sent here and no email sent to me and no refund has been given. Will provide another update if they refund me.

Still waiting...

I ordered a book in early December as a Christmas gift, as advertised on Instagram.
8th January and still no delivery, nor is there any tracking update past the stage of order received - it hasn't even been dispatched. I also ordered book for "Mum", being based in the UK - but from what I can now see online, the book cover says "Mom". This isn't what I ordered so I'm disappointed twice. It appears I'm not the only one based on these reviews- I hope others take a moment to read reviews before placing an order in good faith.
2 stars instead of 1, purely because I (maybe foolishly) haven't given up hope and have only just chased; we will see.

After much research: This is a scam.

I ordered my books in mid December, and started sending emails to support about 5 days ago. I have not heard a word, or received any books. I ordered these a couple weeks ahead of Christmas, and after reading these reviews, I unfortunately expect to never receive my books. If I receive no communication nor books, then in about one week, I'm going to start filing reports.
I'll be reporting through my bank, through the FTC Report Fraud portal, the California Social Services fraud report portal, Shop Pay, Shopify, BBB, and I'll probably share my experience on Reddit, Yelp, and a few other forums and business review sites.

Beautiful Way to Preserve Family Memories

This "company" is nothing more than a…

This "company" is nothing more than a scam. They'll process your payment and then never ship you your order. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and was able to get my money back. Stay away from these frauds.

Never received product and no replies to reachouts

Same as Oscar. I ordered the book in time for Christmas. It never arrived. I keep writing them, as there is no customer service phone number. I receive and auto reply and then no follow up. I guess I also need to contact my bank and see if I can get my money back. How can I reach them? If they can't reply to any of my emails, then it is a huge scam and they don't deserve the $.
Very disappointed. This was meant to be a special gift from my son to my husband.

Extremely Disappointed

I love the idea of these books, but the company is incredibly disappointing. No where did it say that I was buying from China. I ordered two books in November and never received them. Customer service said they told the warehouse my order was 'urgent' after weeks with no updates. They've stopped responding after I asked to cancel my order. It was only after I made a dispute with my bank that they decided to reply and give me a refund. The reviews on their site do not reflect ones elsewhere, proving their lack of transparency. Just order off Amazon instead

Scam/ FRAUDULENT company

If I could give this company zero stars I absolutely would. I placed my order on 12/12/24 with guaranteed shipment before Christmas. Not only have the books not arrived (today is 01/01/25) but my multiple emails to customer service have proved to be in vain. They refuse to issue a refund citing “the books are in transit”. I don’t believe for a second there were ever any books sent. Even if there were, there’s no guarantee they’ll ever come as it seems in that case they have long ago been lost. I’ve asked for a refund twice and both times it was denied. I asked customer service to indicate how much time would need to pass without my merchandise before they’d issue a refund and they refused to answer this question. This company has been reported to my bank, a refund has been issued to me via my bank. The company has also been reported to shop pay as a scam/ fraud. Shop pay is currently investigating this and hopefully our country will flag this and prevent them from doing any further business here. Buyer be aware. They are not American but a Chinese scam. Typical.

Similar story to many of the other reviews…ordered in November as a Christmas present. Only just received delivery on 31st December, after seemingly being delivered from China. Also not very impressed that the “Mum” book I ordered through the website is actually a “Mom” book (I’m in the UK) which is in my view false advertising.

Ordered 2 books on December 3, received at January 10

Ordered 2 books from them on December 3 and still haven't received them. Got different 'shipping updates' that said the same thing: "Your shipment is on its way."
Truly disappointing, because I wanted to gift the books at Christmas.

Edit: They reached out to me and gave me a 30% refund. Received the books on 10th of January. The books look good, no damage.
