I realised after ordering a demista pad that it was probably too big. A call to The Heating Partnership and a chat with Andy sorted the issue quickly and he swapped it for me before it was dispatched. It arrived as promised the following morning. No AI chatbot, no “computer says no”, even when the price of the new item was a few pence more, Andy just sorted it. A rare thing nowadays but this is the stuff that keeps you sane!
