Confidence booster

Started off with some PT sessions with Robert.
I am awaiting a knee replacement, using the information provided by my physio, Robert designed a tailored PT session to suit my needs.
I felt intimidated and self conscious at the thought of going to the gym. Robert was great, took his time, explained how to work the equipment and how this was helping me. This gave me confidence and am now a regular attendee.

Convenience and machines

I like the convenience of the place as I go after school and it’s only a 10 minute walk an has lots of machines to use.

Fantastic Gym

Great gym equipment, 24hr access, friendly staff and all at a great price. Would highly recommend.

Easy and convenient

So easy and convenient. I was visiting and wanted to use the gym for a day, has everything you need to get a good workout in!

Excellent range of equipment

Induction was comprehensive, in fact a bit too much to take in so quickly. An excellent range of equipment in a large space so not crammed in.

Hi Neil, thanks for your review. Yes We are open 24/7 which means we are often unmanned . Office hours are Mon to Fri 4pm to 7pm And Tues and Thurs 9.30 to 2pm.
