First time head coach
This was my first experience as a head coach with Graphic Edge and our sales Rep. Phil Snyder. I have been pleasantly surmised and accommodated at every turn. So much so that I spent far more money than I budgeted for but it's a learning curve.

When placing an order of a design that …
When placing an order of a design that you have in stockart, the process is pretty simple. Although, I find that if you are creating new art, the quality has decreased over the past couple of years. It's quite clear sometimes that the art I have received back has obvious issues that the art group didn't take time to provide their personal touch with. I think they could take more time to make the experience better. I also would find it much more helpful if we could see history of our orders online vs. the email trails. On a side note, representatives have always been nice and professional.

One of the best company's out there!
I have been dealing with Graphic Edge for around 18 years and have always been extremely impressed by their product and customer care. One of the best retailers in the nation, hands down! I'd give them 6 stars but it won't let me :)
