Graphic Edge - Bondurant-Farrar Track and Field
Overall, it was a good interaction. The product itself was very good and communications was helpful and quick. The one issue I had was when there was a shortage of the product I did not like that Graphic Edge wanted to substitute a lesser product and when I requested a better product I had to cover the difference. I felt that at the very least we should have split the cost or Graphic Edge should have paid for it since they said there was enough in stock and we did not order an abnormal amount. I could have waited for the back order but it said it would be in until the fall and I just couldn't do that.

Good products, but colors do not match
The products were great, but I was not happy that the shorts and shirts that I ordered in a combo set came in and were different shades of navy blue. I understand that they are from different companies, but my salesman suggested going with both being navy, and not other colors.
