The quality of the 60 day flipping academy is excellent and there is a huge amount of content. Susannah has replied to questions that I have emailed her and has replied to my questions in the Facebook group. It's been helpful to get insights from other people in the Facebook group too.

I have done a number of property courses and I finally feel like I'm home. Suzannah is extremely knowledgeable, down to earth and honest in her advice. I get a direct and detailed answer to every query that I put to her. She gives very practical and doable advice and even though I am a relative newbie, I am able to follow it. On one of those properties I had a reduction of GBP 35,000 on the price I was prepared to pay - just because of one piece of advice she gave, 'Do not bid on auction - watch this property not be sold again and then give your offer'. She knew it will not sell!

Finished the course, and in terms of value for money, it certainly exceeded all of my expectations. The time I will save from all the extra bonuses alone is worth the money, and more - feels like a wholesale deal in itself!

Round 2 of going through the course now for me - but for those who are unsure, for the price you pay it is worth its weight in gold.

Although I concede my review will carry more weight once I have significant property success to reflect upon, I have to say that even if I were not to make a penny (NOT my plan!) I would still maintain a favourable review of TGPC.

I have worked with Susannah and TGPC for over 10 years as a private lender, JV partner and attended the Mentoring weekends for 2 years. We were on the one year Face-to-Face Mentoring course during 2019.

Let's start with the negatives. Well, to be honest, we personally didn't have any. We genuinely looked forward to the monthly 'weekend away' in Bristol (being based in the East Midlands) as it never felt like a chore, instead feeling like another get together with like-minded chums for laughs, good food and a side order of good quality education.

Susannah's enthusiasm and energy is totally contagious and at the same time inspiring. Not only that, she has done the right thing by keeping the group select, small and intimate, allowing people to properly get to know each other, and form solid relationships as a result (i'm talking both friendships and professional connections).

For us TGPC is the 'right fit' for who we are, where we are and where we want to go in terms of business development.

The small, select group was warm, open and down right fun, which was a perfect setting for enthusiastic learning, good quality networking and some meaningful relationships to take away once the syllabus was complete.

But, it wasn't just the modular classroom education that made the weekends we invested worthwhile. It was also the Saturday site visits, conference calls, TGPC Facebook community group, the never ending Dropbox library of literally everything, and the honest sharing of both the highs and the lows of Susie's first hand experiences. Oh, and some excellent, respected guest speakers who, to be honest, didn't just speak, they spent the day in amongst us when they weren't delivering great content at the front of the room.

Courses like these are very personal things, and one may suit one person and not another, and vice-versa. But, from our perspective, we wouldn't have done it any other way.
