I ordered a bottle of gin early February. It arrived 30th June!!!! No communication, no replies to numerous emails, no one answers the phone. Awful customer service.

Thank you for your comments. Unfortunately we cannot control the additional taxes that your country applies to incoming goods. Our terms and conditions do state that all foreign customers who are importing our products will be liable for any customs and taxes that are charged at the port of entry.

Great products - lack of communication
Great products :-) not so great communication:-(
I placed an order and they did confirm some of the items within the pack were awaiting delivery. However, there was no indication of when it was likely that my order will be fulfilled. I just hope it’s in time for my better half’s birthday otherwise I’ll be in the dog house
Fair play to the company they responded to my feedback straight away so I’ve increased my rating. Thank guys :-) looks like I won’t be in the dog house after all!

Hi Ian, We are really sorry to hear you haven't heard anything about your order. I can see on our system that our customer services team did send you an email earlier this week. Unfortunately sometimes technology lets us down and it may not have come through! Could you please email customerservices@theginwarehouse.co.uk so we can look into this further for you. Please rest assured, we will get your gin to you asap! FedEx who we use to dispatch our orders have had some system problems in the past couple of weeks, so this is probably where the problem has arrisen. Many Thanks, TGW!

I ordered this Gin Set for my Daughter in laws 30th. It did not disappoint. She loves it, so do I. When ordering, it arrived on the date given with no problems.

Very special
Ordered this sloe gin for my niece and it was delivered direct to her, so I have neither seen nor tasted it. I’m told that the bottle is very special and the taste is amazing.

Great Service
Recommend the Gin Warehouse for stocking the unusual! We first tasted the Fitch & Leeds Pink Tonic in Southern Africa and was really pleased to discover that the Gin Warehouse stocked it. We are now happily re-living our sundowner experiences with happy memories.

Great customer service
I ordered a bottle of gin for a friend’s birthday that unfortunately didn’t arrive when it was meant to. However I would still like to give 5 stars as Alex went above and beyond to ensure the item arrived the next day. Excellent customer service. Will definitely buy from them again.
