Superb. I ordered a 10 liter BBQ gas bottle not knowing gas fires for BBQs are not permitted in my block of flats. The Gas Yard delivered on time, but our superintendent spotted the delivery. A couple of phone calls later, the Gas Yard had picked up the confiscated gas bottle from our superintendent and refunded the entire amount without delay. I could not have expected more understanding and friendly customer service even during an ultra busy period for them. Thank you very much, Gas Yard team.

Very easy to order online. Extremely quick delivery. Can't fault the service and will be using them again when needed.

Have moved from a local shop to The Gas Yard as you can order on line, specify a delivery date and ut all works like magic.
Have used them 3 times now last time had a delivery issue but it was soon sorted, this time left empty bottle out and they swapped them over without disturbing us as it was a very early delivery.
