The Framery has been so incredible to work with, their customer service is excellent, even if you need to return/exchange frames. I have been trying to find the right pair of new glasses and everyone I have talked to has been so kind and helpful. They also create and fulfill order very quickly! I haven't had to wait as long for my glasses as I have with other eye care providers. I will definitely be using them from now on!

Hello, I have ordered contact lenses and glasses from you guys on more than one occasion. I have been happy with all of my contact lens orders but not the glasses.

I recently ordered a pair of glasses and then upgraded to a better lens. Those never arrived. I did receive the first pair which are not my size, not the matte frames I ordered, and I don’t think have the upgraded lenses. I asked for a refund for the wrong pair and received it but I never received the other upgraded ones and have since got an updated prescription from an optometrist.

I am sending the glasses back and am requesting a refund. I plan to continue to order contact lenses with my updated prescription. Thank you in advance.
