Although my photo and frame was delayed due to supply chain issues, I found my experience with this company very good. When the company knew about the delay I received an email to let me know, and the product was only a week or so late. The quality of the product is very good and i would use the company again

Absolutely fantastic quality prints and frames. They are second to none. Delivery was very quick and my framed print was packaged incredibly well.

Would like to say how helpful this company has been in ordering my frame. I spoke to Darta as the sizes available online were too big on the frame I wanted. I gave them the size required and they sent images with the photo and how it would look with different mounts. Ordered on Thursday and arrived Saturday.

The service from The Framed Picture Company was truly first class from start to finish. The online ordering is very straightforward and once my order was placed, the team were extremely helpful, getting in touch to recommend a smaller picture due to the resolution and even sending me proofs. The packaging was very robust and most importantly the quality of the frames and prints were excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend and I will certainly be using The Framed Picture Company in the future!

After DPD delivered my framed prints to another building completely (thanks Stav for accepting them) the Framed Picture Company immediately replied to my email pointing this out and have reprinted my photos and frames for me.

Excellent service from start to finish with this company. The quality of the frame and print is outstanding, and the attention to detail is clear. The ordering process was smooth, and delivery was quick and well-packaged. Highly recommend.

Not what I expected! I received a print in a roll but rather thought I had ordered a framed print. It would appear I had misunderstood my own order. In my view that is their website's problem. £25 for an unframed print seems excessive to me.

I have received brilliant communication on a number of occasions during the ordering process and get a genuine feeling that this is a company that wants to do right by their customers every time.

Sounds simple but so many companies fall short. This is not one of them.

I ordered a custom print of a personal photograph with bespoke frame and inserts and the quality was extremely high quality. The joining of the frame is a genuinely good quality handmade product, and the colours and wood are exactly as advertised.

I would highly recommend them for custom made prints, despite the price they were well worth it when it came to speed of delivery and quality, and I would certainly use them again.

About to use these guys for the third time. The quality and workmanship is first class and the customer service is sensational. Highly recommended.

Very efficient company producing great framed prints with a very fast turnaround.

I ordered a 60 x 40 print in a (Appox) 90 x 70 frame. It arrived perfectly packed and protected within 6 days and was exactly as built on the easy to use website.

Cost was a little higher than other providers but none could match the choice of print size and framing options the Framed Picture company offered and what is our unique piece now takes pride of place on our chimney breast and looks much more expensive than we actually paid.

I will definitely use you guys again

Fantastic company with class and integrity...uploaded my pictures on their website and chose the frame size and colour and viola less than 2 weeks later 4 amazing pieces of art turn up! So well packed and even a couple of bags of Yorkshire Tea as they are based in Scarborough, and being from Bradford, was most appreciated!
