Clear lack of updates on delivery ordered a book said 3-5 working days been in contact with them had 1 response saying they will send another out it’s been two weeks now and I’ve not had a despatch email or anything to say it’s on its way very frustrating service

Absolutely horrendous. Ordered TheEliteCoachingPack bundle worth £100 on 18/06, delivery expected between 3-5 days. I contacted TFC on 24/06 to ask the whereabouts of my order as they don’t provide and tracking information and they used the excuse that the Royal Mail couldn’t find the address but they would request a replacement order was sent out, they then said due to a lack of stock the order would come straight from the printers which still haven’t arrived. I ordered this bundle a day or so after another coach I know and he has also had the same problem and still no sign of delivery. It’s been a month since I placed my order and TFC have gone completely quiet on the communication front. This is no way to run a business and all you are doing is conning people.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME ORDERING FROM TFC!!

I have learned a lot from your books and it helps me to learn new things as we are playing modern football nowadays. I think that you can improve more on professional coaching books tactics and techniques and truly speaking you are doing a great.

I really love my new coaching books from Football Coach, this coach material will definitely enhance my coaching capability.

Books are nice and informative. Shopping says 5-15 days. Took 24 days to arrive.

Ordered books on the 20th June, today’s the 10th July, eta was 3-5 days. No delivery received yet. Emailed twice and no response. Would ring but there’s no number.
Did get an automated email to leave a review, initially I ignored, but as they’ve sent it again while not replying to my emails, this is the outcome.

Absolutely horrendous. Ordered TheEliteCoachingPack bundle worth £100, delivery expected between 3-5 days. After 8 working days I got a reply from my email regarding there whereabouts.
Now 21 days later, one response from The Football Coach, blaming the courier, told me that it would be shipped and with me the following week. Still not here, no doubt the new courier will have a finger pointed at them from TFC.
Myself and another coach I know ordered the same bundle and are both without that order. There’s not many places you can get this sort of material so I have no idea how this company are still trading.
Seems to be if you don’t pay for postage they just blame the courier service, but very convenient as 2 people that know each other are both without there orders. I’ve all but given up on expecting the order now.
Terrible service and based on the experience I wouldn’t recommend TheFootballCoach to anyone.

How the books was packaged. Spent alot of money on this order and was packaged poorly. Wrapped with cardboard and held together with a elasticband and was able to see inside as one end was open

Good communication and quality of product

I wish I could give them less than 1 star! I have attempted to contact them by email, instagram direct message even replied on one of their posts and yet they just deleted my comment. I placed an order with them and paid for express delivery and I am still to receive the books I ordered! I haven’t received any contact from them in reply to my emails or my messages so I think it’s diabolical how they have gone about this! I wasn’t aggressive or rude in any way so I am shocked that they have picked this road to go down when all of this could of been resolved by just either apologising or credited me back my express delivery money! At this point I am not even bothered about the money! What bothers me is that I have been ignored and still not even received anything.

The site was simple to navigate and purchase the ebooks. could clearly see the payment in my currency and the transaction was smooth.

I purchased the B License book set and I am looking forward to learning more from the ebooks.
