Traumatic experiences. My self and my family booked our air tickets with the flight web and paid £3489. Flight operator- Gulfair
From London Heathrow to Cochin via Bahrain on the 25 of July 2025. Once we reported to the check in desk at Heathrow airline staff told us your ticket is void and unable to travel. It was a real shock to us. Please don’t use this company. They are scammers. Unable to get in touch with them. I have made so many attempts. Deeply disappointed

Scam! Oversell cheap and then try to over charge 5x!!! Run away from this company!

Subject: Urgent Request for Refund and Deletion of Personal Data – Unjustified Cancellation of
Booking (Code UIWZZH)

Dear Sir/Madam,
Good afternoon.
I am writing to express my concern and to request immediate action regarding booking UIWZZH, purchased on May 2, 2025, for a round-trip itinerary RIO/MIA/PHI, in the total amount of US$ 1,395.98.

On June 17, 2025, when attempting to check in, I was surprised to learn that the reservation had been canceled without prior notice. Upon contacting Air World Ticket’s customer service, no clear explanation was given, and despite multiple follow-ups, the original reservation could not be reinstated.

The following day, I was informed that the amount paid for the original ticket would be refunded within 7 business days, but that a new ticket would require an additional payment of US$ 1,100, which I did not accept. Given the urgency, I was forced to purchase a new ticket directly from the airline, costing US$ 1,670.00 for the exact same route (see attached proof of payment), resulting in a direct and unjustifiable financial loss.

Beyond the material damage, I am deeply concerned about the confidentiality and security of my personal data, including:
• My credit card information;
• My Brazilian ID;
• My son's passport information (the passenger).
Therefore, I formally request the following:
1. A full refund of the amount originally paid (US$ 1,395.98) and the **additional cost incurred for the new ticket (US$ 1,670.00), totaling US$ 3,065.98;
2. Immediate and permanent deletion of all personal and financial information held by your company;
3. Written confirmation that the above actions have been taken, within 48 hours of receipt of this message.

If the issue is not resolved within the stated timeframe, I will proceed with the following actions:
• File a formal complaint with consumer protection authorities in the U.S. and Brazil;
• Notify tourism regulatory agencies and travel industry associations;
• Publicly report this incident to warn other consumers of the risks involved in doing business with Air World Ticket.
I await your prompt response and resolution.

Samuel is very knowledgeable about reservations and flight information. Very polite and respectful. He is truly an asset to your company. I wish more people were like Samuel

Stay away from these guys. They are a scam. Initially, I thought they were legitimate, so I gave them a 5-star rating, but they are not. They will send a ticket as though it is legit, will track on the airline website, it will appear as though it is available but when u check again close to your travel date with the airline it will say cancel because they never made the payment for the flight to the airline and want they will ask you to make another payment for a new flight

First thing I noticed on the website were the prices to Aruba and I thought no way as I had been searching and speaking to all the major travel sites during an exhaustive search. Made contact with Samuel who was right upfront and said the prices listed have very limited availability but he would check. When he told me the listed prices were sold out I knew it, but he did have additional pricing for flights to Aruba that although higher were by far less expensive than the other travel websites. Samuel handled it all, seating as per my preference and travel party information and did it quickly and accurately. Made booking this flight a piece of cake and I'm very grateful for all his help and for the money saved as he was able to get a non stop to Aruba at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend and if you are lucky enough to speak with Samuel you are in very capable hands.

Much appreciate all the help provided by Aaron, he was able to accommodate multiple requests. He explained every step and made the entire process very smooth.

Found a good price for a flight, but subsequently recieved a call from Samuel saying that they couldn't process the reservation from DL because the price was too good. Flightweb did, however, have some vouchers that were twice the price. Nice. Buyer beware!

It was fast and painless. I came here because I was not able to find a flight with all the requirements. And it did not take long to find a flight that meet the goals.

Tried booking a ticket uk to Cebu and after 3 days of them messing us around they contacted us saying this flight has no luggage allowance and their web page said clearly 35 kilo allowed , BEWARE OF THIS SCAM
THEY WANTED AN EXTRA £260 for luggage

Don’t book through them.

First they told us to wait for 24 hours. Then they said that the ticket is without luggage. We said it is fine. We are happy to get ticket without luggage. Then they said all the details are forwarded to the airline. After 48 hours they said the ticket is no more available and a new ticket available with over £1100.
They have a lady named Maria. So rude lady
Such a fraudulent service.

I used Flightweb to book a flight home. It was for Valentines Day/Presidents Day weekends so the flights on line were pricey. The first flight I booked through Flightweb did not pan out (they were not able to secure a seat for the listed price because the weekend was so busy). When I called to find out to find out what was happening, they were able to find a similar flight that cost a little more and still less than what was being offered on line. I worked with Marshall and Samuel and they were both very helpful. I plan on using Flightweb for flights again.

I bought an international ticket and all I have to say is that Samuel help me with all my questions and concerns, very professional and got me the best deal after checking other websites, the amount of money I saved is incredible and I mean it , I never write reviews but the service I received deserves one..thank you Samuel looking forward to buy more trips in the future.

This site is a scam. They show a great price, then after you book, you get an ‘urgent’ email to call them to get the best price. Don’t waste your time. The gentleman I spoke to insisted it was not a scam, but agreed with me that it is a marketing technique. I call it a scam.

I had booked a “too good to be true” ticket, so when I got a call we would have to change flights- Samuel was diligent to meet my needs and counter offer another flight. I had asked him to call me back and he was on time and answered all my questions. I would use Samuel again for my booking needs.

Samuel was very professional and he listened to our requested for the exact departure and arrival times. He was able to get us the times we wanted as well as a good price for our airline tickets.

Samuel, was responsive and timely to our travel needs. He was honest and forthcoming about what was available to us as 4 Seniors traveling to Miami for a cruise.

Marshall helped me for New York Flights with a great deal!!
