Ordered a set of kettlebells back in November. They left me in the dark with no update of ever receiving my item or status updates. Final after their shipping window had I passed I started emailing them. The emails were vague and short again leaving me in the dark. I finally told them I would like a refund and they don’t do that even though I’ve never received the item. They offered store credit. Store credit on another item I will never receive. So I told them I want a refund. After that they became unresponsive. No answer back of my emails or phone messages. Now I am left out to dry out of pocket and no item. Worst company. I would never recommend them to anyone

Stay away from this place horrible customer service

Do not order from this company. They’ll happily take your money and leave you hanging for months with little to no response from customer service. Any company that only communicates with its customers via text is shady to me. Read their Yelp reviews- several customers have been ripped off like we have. After 6 months of waiting for our equipment and $4k taken from us, we decided to file a fraud claim and get our money back. Oh...and the best part is...they only offer store credit as a refund. Such a joke and scam of a company! Buyer beware.
