It has been a month and still no product. Response to multiple emails for status as been slow and sporadic. The people seem friendly, but product is still not here

Was told that the product I had ordered was not in stock and would be shipped directly from the supplier - no indication of where the supplier was - China?- after 3 weeks contacted Farm Store to find out what was happening and was told there were problems with the supplier. Offered an alternative product that was "in stock" and am now waiting to see how long it takes for this to arrive

First time I had used the Farm Store and although staff were always courteous and friendly it took took two months from when I ordered sheep drench (and payment was deducted) before I finally received the product. I would think twice before using this business again and certainly would request payment not be deducted until product available to be delivered.

Waited to long for my order will not be telling anyone to buy from you very disappointed with the service

I ordered from the farm store in December. The staff were always polite when contacted, but the delay in delivery, without notifying me of delays, was ridiculous. Eventually, the order was delivered but not to the delivery address, but to a store in our local town. We had to keep contacting the store to find out where it was.
Very poor service, will not use this store again

Very satisfied with this product. Ergonomic handle on scoops is a great idea. So easy to insert into bag or bin without an intrusive handle. No impact on my wrist felt at all cause inverted handle prevents the twisting of your wrist. I would highly recommend this product.

Very good customer service. Ladies went out of their way. Bird scarer arrived nicely packed with instructions and on time. The courier company, they use (Toll Priority) unfortunately let the side down. The item was found on our driveway, just inside the gate. We live in a rural area and the house about 100 metres down the driveway, but being left on the ground, it could have blown away.

I order a product, received a invoice and shipping notice immediately. After 3 weeks, no product has arrived. Contacted company numerous lame excuses but no apology for failure to send product. After 30 days and no response to my emails, I contacted Pay Pay and credit card company to dispute the charge. The next day, the product arrives. No business or customer service skills demonstrated by this company and their employees. Stay away!

Ordered two thermometers 28th December 2016.
Advised 23rd January 2017 that they had been shipped
E-mailed 2nd February 2017 asking what is going on.
Now 6th February 2017 still no response or thermometers.
Not good enough !!!

Pre-Christmas, I was looking to buy some good quality footwear. After much searching, I found that The Farm Store had the shoes I wanted at a very good price so I purchased a couple of pairs. I also noted that they offered free delivery over $400 or under 10kg so picked up another item to get me up to the magic number. The payment process was smooth and I thought I was set.
However, my first incident regarded the free delivery. At no point was I provided with weight details for my purchase. However, I received an email the next morning requiring me to pay delivery. I thought I would call them back to discuss but was hung up on twice. Frustrated, I emailed back to state my annoyance. When I was finally called back, I was told I had called outside business hours - when I informed them that I was hung up on twice, they relented on making me pay for delivery.
Then came the shoes. The website did not list the availability of the items. Unfortunately, on both items, they did not state that they were out of stock and waiting on the manufacturer to deliver. Then they did not state that the shoes would be sent separately. Both of these issues required a follow-up set of phone calls to the help desk.
Then came the third item. I was informed that the order had been sent when it had not. And, being a Christmas present for my daughter, I was disappointed to find that I would not receive the item until January... The best I got for this was a discount voucher for my next purchase...
Fortunately, there are a number of fairly straight forward ways to correct these issues. First, the website should list item weights and include some sort of counter to measure this so free delivery can be correctly included or excluded from the order. Second, while I appreciate that there are opening & closing hours (not easily listed on the website or email I received), you should either let a phone go straight to a voicemail or answer a call if you pick it up. Third, include stocking information on the website so buyers are not left disappointed (websites like Book Depository and Amazon do this). Fourth, include estimated delivery times especially around key times - while Christmas may not be a peak purchasing period for The Farm Store, I can imagine a farmer will be very angry if an important delivery during key sowing/harvest periods don't turn up on time...
Overall, the pricing is so good that it is worth a visit. And some of my interactions with customer service were good. However, there is a few material items that should be looked at to improve the customer experience.

I recently purchased Flukazole C plus Selenium 1 Ltr and a drench gun that hopefully would work as no one could tell me what I should buy... Got confirmation of order, a day latter a confirmation email that my order is sent but out of stock of gun (no gun you can't use the drench)... no call or email asking if I wanted a different one... will send when it comes in... pickup the package from the post WRONG PRODUCT... I Call the help line.. can you send a photo.. "Sure" I ring to make sure they got it... "Yep" it's the right product...I have to explain the difference between what I got sent(flukare C Plus Selenium) and what I ordered and paid for (Flukazole C Plus Selenium) besides the difference in the products it's some $80 difference. "Oh yes I see" I'll check it out and get back to you.. Get a call out of stock of that too I'll see if I can sorce it from a warehouse and get back to you...No call for hours.so I ring half hour before close... "oh I'll ring the warehouse and get back to you before close of business today... Guess what no call no email...NOTHING... VERY POOR SERVICE... Still waiting to drench my cattle... DO THEY CARE ?????

Lovely to deal with but extremely disapointed ! My first order was actually discontinued and couldn't get , easily swapped over for something else ( although ideally would have preferred my money back as I really had only wanted what I had first ordered) anyhow ordered something new in plenty of time for Christmas - well so I would have thought , still waiting ..... now into mid jan ordered nov . Little disheartening

They advertise fast shipping but that was not my experience. I was told they were still waiting on my goods to be sent from the supplier (I had been told it was in stock) and when I said I will have to cancel the order I was then told that they did have some in stock after all but it couldn't be shipped until the next day, when I said I couldn't wait I was then put through to dispatch who said it was all packed up and ready to ship today. If they had of just been honest I would have understood but the dodgy cover up stories really put me off, there are plenty of other online stores that stock the product I ordered, I will use one of them in future.
