Ordered in January and still have not received order.

Took too long for boots to arrive. Ordered them 3 weeks before my husbands birthday and they didn't arrive until 2 weeks after his birthday.

I had arranged to collect it from the store but when I arrived there I found that it had already been shipped to my home at no charge.

Communication is the companys main let down. Once established and followed up goods did arrive exactly what I ordered

We waited 11 weeks for our delivery with many phone calls to see where it was up to the item was apparently not in stock but we were not informed and the site did not say that it was out of stock. The item was quite expensive so it would have been in good form to let us know what was happening the full price of our order was $2,877.70. Also there was no tracking information on our order.
Also I have been trying to contact them since part of the order arrived and we are still waiting on the other item. The phone is always has an engaged sound.
This is most unacceptable and this has never occurred to us with online purchases before.

The item that I ordered was out of stock. They emailed me to tell me that it would have to be ordered and it could be a couple of weeks before I received it which was OK.
After 2 weeks I enquired about my order and received a response within 3 hrs with the tracking number. All easy enough, no problem.

Ordered product more than 2 weeks ago and still not received it. Apparently had to be ordered in to warehouse but was not called or emailed.
Lady on phone was very nice but I still don’t have the product

When I made an enquiry as to when my items would arrive, I was met with excellent customer service by 2 wonderful people. They answered all my questions and explained things thoroughly. In addition, they even sent me personal emails informing me of my orders progress and made reference to the questions I had asked them.
I love the customer service, the products and the ability of these women to communicate on a personal, human level. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone.

My order was forgotten about by Farmstore and not sent for three weeks. Then with it taking so long delivery was delayed due to the Commonwealth Games. So it took 3 days sort of a month from when my order was placed.

Unfortunately my order never came. Disappointing.

Staff were polite and friendly but took 51/2 months to get two pairs of boots

I ordered last August 2017 and had no contact since the day I ordered until yesterday to say my order was ready never again will I order through them

Order was placed on 5th November 2017 it's the 10th of April 2018 and item has just been posted.
Never heard from them in regards to delay. Only when I contacted them did they say they had none in stock.
5 months is ridiculous and appalling. No apology received.

It took 6 months for the item to come!
I had to keep on emailing and asking where the product was!

The worst online service I have ever received. I ordered a product, after several months I was told that it was not in stock. A 'request for refund' was submitted. Still no word. Eventually, a smaller item was substituted. No refund ensued. Have to issue another 'request for refund'! As if it is a difficult process....very disappointing.

Spent almost $1700 over 5 weeks ago. Had to call them last Friday as had not seen any products.
Ordered 3 calf pullers for our staff as calving starts very soon but they tell me after 5 weeks none in stock and don’t have an eta
These guys seem to be a call centre, no help and poor response to trying to get some answers. No calls back
They still have my money and the best answer they could come up with is “we can refund your money”

What a pathetic attidude, business model and service- Don’t use them!!!!!!!! Waste of time and have really caused me an issue with the very worst attitude by “call centre” staff

Was not advised of order not in stock. Requested refund. Had to re request a second time and still no action.
WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THIS MOB AGAIN!

Competitive prices however a 7 week wait for product way too long. No correspondence regarding delay until initiated by my enquiries
