Hi Maria,
We do apologise for the delay with your order. As you know we always strive to provide the very best experience, but Brexit has meant that it can be difficult to guarantee the same short delivery times on international orders. Unfortunately, this is slightly out of our hands, but we always want to make sure that we are doing the very best we can within the limitations we have.
Do reach out to the customer service team if there is anything else we can do!
Great service and love the product.

Buy directly from retailer not from drugstore
If you would like to trial any product that is quite expensive and is a treatment for a long time, don’t invest and buy it from drugstore but get it from the actual brand.
They are not able to do any partial refund or offer anything in return, when the direct retailer would! So waste of time, waste of product and money!!

Hi Elisa,
As with any product, it will never be equally effective for everyone. As per our T&Cs we can't, unfortunately, accept returns/refunds for used products, but we are more than happy to help you find something else. With Symprove specifically, it is also advised to take the product daily for 12 weeks.
Our customer service team will be in touch and do their best to find a suitable alternative for you!
All the best,
TheDrug.Store
Bottles harder to get into than area 51
I've had some of the oil for 5 days, I got 2 bottles and honestly the bottles are so incredibly hard to open (I know you push down and twist) but one of the bottles just doesn't open at all so it's a lot of money to waste when I can't get into the bottle. The oil seems fine so far I've not had it long enough to tell much difference yet but with a chronic pain issue makes it harder to open bottles like this too but one bottle is stuck it seems.

Bought the full strength
Bought the full strength
Taken morning & evenings as per instructions
I think the review request is too early , hence the 3 stars
Im sleeping better , but still in pain during the day
I would suggest i'm slightly more upbeat , but is that just a placebo effect ?
The big test will be when i stop taking it to see if it really did make a difference , before I buy any more

Nothing but the best
The drug store is so much more than an online outlet, I have received care and support from them on many occasions as well as quality products. I personally use the drug store's own CBT oil as part of my recovery from a botched Spinal injury and Complex PTSD which has been a long and difficult journey. I genuinely feel the care from this amazing organization, little things like the odd email asking if I am ok just to keep contact. Don't take my word for it try them yourself, they are special.
