If I could give the a zero I would, customer service from"Antonio" is absolutely trash, the company is fake and doesn't ship your product.. you would have better luck going to casino with a chance of getting something in return or just light your money on fire , same thing if you order from this sham of a company

DON’T BUY. COMPLETE SCAM! This place is a complete scam. I ordered a pair of shorts more than two months ago. Still haven’t received them. When I reached out, I was hung up on repeatedly. Reached out via email and received a response that the company was essentially a middleman for other manufacturers and could not do anything to ensure delivery of my order. They have my money whereas I received nothing from them.

By far my worst online shopping experience to date. I've tried to call, message and email many times to cancel my order (120.00 dollars hasn't shipped in 8 days). No way to contact them so I literally got robbed by someone on the internet. Do not spend money with these literal thieves. They also blocked me on Instagram because I asked about my order on a public post. So upsetting.

Do not order from this company. Bad costumers services. Bad quality in clothing. I have tried to get a refund from this company but I can't get in contact with them. I tried calling the numbers don't work. I tried to do a refund on-site and it tells me my order number and email is not able. I had placed an order on March 14,2022 and I received my order on March 21, 2022. The pants I order was not the pants I have ordered. All I want is my money back and I will sent them there pants back.

Horrible “business.” I honestly think it’s just 2 guys (Antonio and Tre). I bought some stuff a few weeks before Xmas. After like 50 emails back and forth (no joke) and finally getting a return address to send the stuff back, which turned out to be an illegitimate address so it got returned to me…. It’s now March 16th and I’m still waiting for my refund. 3 months. 3 months of back and forth, getting the runaround and literally paying for a shipping label to ship something to myself…. My advice, if you feel so compelled to shop here, maybe u wanna spend a lot at Staple and wanna use that 20% off promo they offer on the drop, if u MUST, then use PayPal. And if after a couple emails u still haven’t been taken care of by these crooks, then file a dispute and be done with it. Don’t make my same mistake and be stuck fighting for your money back. I’d just let it go if it wasn’t over $100, but I’m not throwing away that much.

From what I've seen and believe to be correct, this company absolutely acts in disregard of rules and laws supplied by the FTC. For this reason I have reported it to FTC and it's .Gov affiliates. There is no question in my mind they act intentionally, and manisciuosly to lie and deceive customers. One happy customer,(which is easy to fake) out of 8 is obvious to me. Just sad. Just do business as you should. Takes more work to lie and cheat then to be honest.

After taking my money, nearly a week went by with no updates to the order I placed, so I emailed customer service. They never emailed me back. So I called the customer service number. It's out of service. They didn't respond until I filed a complaint with my bank and the bbb. When they finally contacted me, they explained that items take a full 10 business days to ship, and another week to deliver. So if you choose to purchase something, be ready to hold your breath for a full month and hope to god your item arrives as promised. And they will go ahead and take your money up front, so bear that in mind. I cancelled my order and was told that it would take "several days" to get my money back. We'll see I guess.

Customer service is horrible. They are totally combative. I ordered a jacket and a hoodie. Both xl. Neither one fits. I wear a large I just like my clothes baggy. I have videos they made me take. They still cause me a lier. They don't have any skin in the game. But they are wrong. The customer service number is not connected. They didn't offer any solution or willingness to work with me until I filled a claim with PayPal. Beware. This company has no integrity. They are just a middle man. If you really want something go directly to the company that makes the item. Drop.com does bad business. They rip people off for a living. Do not buy here.

I love this online store. I've bought a lot of skate stuff like decks, bearings, and whatnot. Shipping sometimes can be slow but most of the time it's within a couple of days to me in Florida. Customer support is great.

Ordered a deck through this shop because I had a coupon. On multiple deck listings on the site it said "All decks come with free black grip." I received my order a week later with no grip included. Sent an email and got a reply back from Mykayla and her reply was "We heard back from Krudco Skate Shop who said there was never any free grip tape that was supposed to come with this deck." Well I didn't order from Krudco, I ordered from thedrop.com. false advertising!
