Australians be aware

Australians be aware . You won’t be able to send it back to US past customs. I have tried twice under their recommendations. They sent email how they endeavour to fix the issue , it’s never happened. I asked for a refund multiple times and I keep getting the statement that the swab kit is unrefundable once it leaves the warehouse . I have stated multiple times that the services promised of the report, under consumer law, need to be refunded, a swab kit doesn’t cost $500 US. After multiple emailed letters they have ignored me . This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with, and immoral business ethics. I will never recommend them to anyone. Completely unprofessional.

The product is DNA 360, cost $499 US.

I want a refund .

DNA Program Not Worth It

I ran my DNA through this company and was very pleased with the results. It wasn’t until I got a call saying my results were flagged and told I I could really use the support of purchasing their program ( 3k plus). They really sold me on how they could get me to feeling optimal . Needless to say , the time and lots of money spent wasn’t worth it. The way I felt when I began the program is the same exact way I feel today. What I wish I knew was that I can load my results into Chat GPT and it would give me a great protocol, honestly it’s better than what I received from the program. It’s definitely depressing and frustrating that I spent over 3k for this service.

The WORST customer service

The WORST customer service I've ever experienced. They take your money, sent you the report, then don’t expect any further help with the website or app or anything unless you have $10,000 to give them. Then they tell you they have upgrades to genes and they don’t load and no one helps to fix the issue.

Stay away from The DNA Company and Kashif Kahn's DNA Program!

Why is the DNA Company saying they are not Kashif Kahn's business? One in the same! He is the founder of it and runs it! In fact, his picture is on your website. Another scam? I concur with all above and have had nothing but mishaps and trouble since giving my $3000. I requested a refund when I sensed I was involved with a business that didn't know what they were doing and was denied. I was hung up on twice by an management asst named Julia Carbone who doesn't have any professional skills to be working with people and am still waiting to speak with management. I will file every complaint there is to file if they do not refund my money!
By all means people please stay away!

Kashif Khan is not part of our business and certainly does not run it. As one of the original founders, his image is on our site; however, he has not been part of the business for years. He runs his own company. We do not have a $3,000 product, nor do we have an employee named Julia Carbone. We regret your experience with him, but that is an interaction you had with Kash Khan Official, not The DNA Company.

Trust Pilot is a RACKET

Trust Pilot is a pay for reputation website. They have posted reviews about The DNA Co, that have nothing to do with us. In fact, 90%+ of their reviews are for a different company. We have tried to get them to take them down. They say, pay us or no.

This is extortion.

Google reviews are the only real reviews for The DNA Company. The reviews about the former CEO from before 2023 have nothing to do with us. We do not sell hydrogen kits or any other pseudo science products or services.

Be warned, they are not customer friendly - they will do whatever it takes to keep your money

Be very careful if you desire a refund!!!. They are not customer friendly at all and will not honor their own return policy unless you make them (at least in our case!). We cancelled before our kit was shipped and have documentation of emails from us/them and Fedex.. They claimed the sample collection kit was already shipped, so they would not honor the refund of $499, but we have documentation from FedEx it was not shipped before our cancellation request. Also know, they do not pick up their phone, you have to email them or request a call back, but we never got call backs when selecting option from phone computer system. Important to note that they say they do not offer refunds after kit is shipped, but they do NOT provide you with the official shipping info from FedEx. They send their own email to you and include the tracking information, this allows them to better control their policy of "no refunds after kitshipped". You need to use the tracking number and look for yourself on when kit is shipped. Do not trust them as they told me my kit was already shipped when in fact I cancelled before even getting an email from them that my order was processed! They decided to give us our money back after we provided proof, but they still decided to hit us with a $50 restocking fee. Now we have to work through other channels (credit card company, state attorney general) to get our $50 dollars back that they are holding back. It's not a lot of money, but in principle I can't let them take advantage of me. These people will fight with you tooth and nail for every dollar. If you decide to cancel, be very meticulous about documenting your communications with them...good luck!

***** update given response from thednacompany.com below. Yes. I have your company correct. You should use the name Jamie instead of Scott to find our record doing business directly with you. You will recall a back and forth exchange in email for weeks as we hoped to get our money back but you still decided to charge us that $50 restocking fee. We did not pursue getting this refund as too much of my time has already been wasted. The details provided in my review represent what you shared with us as your policy so I don’t know why you would think we worked with anyone but you. I still have the lengthy email exchange documenting it.

Some of our kits are sold by affiliates who have their own return policies, and while we strive to provide a great customer experience, we do not handle any customer interactions in those cases. If you do find who you purchased from, we'd appreciate moving this review to a more appropriate location.

the company is a scam. Please don't waste your money on this company like I did I'm out $3,000 for my DNA report.

THIS MAN IS A SCAMMER

If I could give this vile man and his insane Pakistani comrades in Canada a 0 I would. I was taking doctor prescribed strong pain medication and unintentionally was tricked into signing up for a $2500 CLASS on line. Within hours I called and texted that I was not in my right mind due to the medication and sent them the script. He and his dirt bag “lawyer” in Canada threatened to have me “thrown in jail” for calling him a criminal and a scammer. DO NOT BUY ONE THING FROM HIM. They are foreigners who are trying to scam Americans. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. They refunded all but $600 as they said for admin reasons. I will fight them forever. See them in court!!!!!

WHAT A SCAM

WHAT A SCAM , signed up for webinar $27 , Ok , no big deal or loss , added $ 47 for VIP sessions webinar Q n A , well there was no way to get a question in sideways , none of of my posted questions were addressed , all it is is a SALESPITCH to sign up for a course and a HYDROGEN water machine 8K ..
Khan is a fast talker and makes NO SENSE , there is NOTHING to learn from him , SNAKE OIL SALES MAN , there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE , I tried to contact them after my cc shows RECURRING CHARGES , excuse me , what for ???? I will contact my bank to dispute the charges , I feel ripped off . STAY AWAY

Don't waste your money

I regret wasting my money with this company. They happily took over $800, sent me a cardboard swab, then left me with zero clear instructions, endless delays, and no actual service delivered. When I asked for a refund under consumer law, they hid behind their “no refund policy” instead of taking responsibility. Unprofessional, stressful, and deeply disappointing. Thankfully my bank issued a chargeback. Save yourself the hassle and avoid these clowns.

Definitely a scam

Definitely a scam. They took my money in fall of 2024 and it is now almost June of 2025. They did acknowledge that they got my test registered, but after that I never heard a peep. I keep trying to contact them but no one ever gets back to me. Don't waste your money!

Really poor customer service

Really poor customer service. I have tried contacting them several times about an issue registering a dna testing kit - no reply. I have tried via 3 different channels - no reply. Absolutely useless!!

I cannot log into their website

I cannot log into their website, i cannot reach anyone on the phone. It took 2 months to get my results and then they weren’t complete. What’s to like about this company??

I waited over a month for my results…

I waited over a month for my results and although the report/s are lengthy they are redundant in the information and there is no ability to make decisive choices based on the data. They WANT you of course to spend more money on having one of their people interpret the data. I had a "PGX" consult owed to me which took yet another month to set up because they have some sort of garbage call intake system where no one seems to answer the phone and you can't leave a message ... not that anyone returns it? I am STILL waiting for a copy of my PGX report promised to me. They sent me a link to it but of course ... it doesn't work and there is no ability to contact anyone specifically about this. THEY ARE GARBAGE WHEN IT COMES TO FOLLOW-UP. I am a healthcare practitioner. Not some gas station attendant (no offense meant) but this is NOT how healthcare works in Canada. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!!

Do NOT order genetic testing from The…

Do NOT order genetic testing from The DNA Company. The DNA 360 sample was mailed back on July 2nd. Six months later, I still have no results. I have contacted The DNA Company repeatedly via email and phone, requesting a full refund. They have basically stolen $522.10 from me. Don't trust them and do not waste your money!

Do not use this company

Do not use this company. I paid the heafty price and sent my saliva as required. For months I didn't recieve a reply from them. When I finally inquired, they advised that my test didn't work and asked for another fee to send another kit. They could not prove they even tested my first one. Customer service is horrible. Cost is very high. Find anyone else to run a similar test.

Disastrous experience

I ordered a DNA test from them and there ensued a series of events culminating in a bizarre meltdown (is the best word I can find to describe it) involving:
1. lost saliva sample that the company says never got delivered
2.  hefty postage fee to send out another collection kit to me
3. notification of an error in DNA results (even though I had not returned my sample)4.  wildly inconsistent responses to my query of whose results are in my account, since I hadn't returned my sample5. highly unprofessional responses from the alleged CEO and CTO, including gaslighting and refusal of service
6. acknowledgement of continuing problems from the support staff (acknowledging that wrong DNA results in wrong accounts is a known and continuing problem--this was verbal, btw) and promise to remedy my situation.
7.  subsequent refusal to respond to any of my followup queries, written and via voicemail
8. refusal to refund my money
9. and, finally, a bank/credit card investigation which refunded the charges. 
Yes. Anything that could go wrong with a DNA lab test went wrong. Your worst dreams, right here. Oh, and the self-professed CEO who sent me those unhinged unedited (spellcheck is free!) emails was not Kashif Khan, who is plastered all over the internet as CEO. Caveat emptor.

The worst experience

The worst experience! We paid over 600€ to have the DNA test kit shipped to Spain. However, the company failed to provide the necessary paperwork to customs, and it was sent back to Canada. Today, we're requesting a refund of the full amount we paid (608€), but the customer service is only willing to refund us 326€! It's a scandal. As a community manager, I'll do everything in my power to ensure nobody else falls victim to this!
