Ordered my card back in December 2025, received nothing and if you contact them you get an automated email saying it’s been received but you will never hear back from a real person. Really disappointing as seems like it used to be legit but now they just take your money and leave!

Still waiting for my card it has been over 7 months you get no response from any messages you send. Stay well clear they take your money and you get nothing in return

We ordered this 1st December 2025, and still nothing. I have sent 10+emails, tried contacting them on their facebook page and nothing!

Ordered in November 2025, its now almost april and they've not contacted me once. Ive not received ANYTHING, but they took my money. Ive tried reaching out ove every available means. Ive also issued a refund request with my payment method but theyre hesitant and are waiting to see if diesel club will contest / respond.

Thieves!, took money 6 months ago, no card, no refund, no way of contacting them. AVOID!!!

I have to say, I got my card towards the end of last year and it was great, working brilliant everytime, but as the new year started it stopped working, they sent a message out saying that the was working on it and trying to get it fixed, that was months ago, sent multiple emails and WhatsApp messages to get no reply from anyone

Purchased membership, Jan 29, "should be 4 weeks" we are now in march, 24th to be precise, multiple emails, and whatsapp messages have gone unanswered, no contact, no card, app doesnt say anything. I dont know what to say, I work as a contractor and this looked a good way to save some money on my fuel bills, but looks as if they cant deliver at this point. I can see it DID have some good reviews, but as of late, everyone is having the same issues.

ordered a card over 3 months ago, and had no card. Message on the app on 9th feb ‘refund will be issued along with card’ now mid march and nothing. Messaged and emailed customer services and nothing back.

Ordered the card on 3rd December 2025. They said there'll be delays due to high demand and Christmas which I had no problem with. I January I sent an email regarding an update and received no response. Its now 17th March, coming up to 4 months since ive ordered the card and I havent received anything. No response to the multiple emails ive sent, no refund. Nothing. I wont call it a scam as there are many positive reviews but I would like a refund asap.

Tempered to contact 3 times for a refund ordered beginning of December and never had a peep out of them over 4 months later and no card or refund. Shambles of a company and clearly a scam

Still heard nothing in months, shocking service and communication. How difficult can it be to at least post updates?!

AVOID THE DIESEL CLUB. Was Initially ok, despite delays.

Card has been declining since Late Jan - Now mid march. Not a reply to a single email or Whatsapp message.

I understand infrastructure fails, but communication is key, and radio silence not good enough.

Scam. Refund still not received. Card ordered in November. Never received. Membership is gjbzs0.

The Diesel Club has gone terrible. The system went down at the beginning of the year. They put on their app the issue will be fixed. I emailed then a few times but no reply. When I signed up it was really good, getting fuel cheaper then the price on the pumps. But now they are crap.

Ordered my card 03 December 2025 still not received anything in the post, no replies to emails no communication at all from their side, reporting to trading standards.
No refund either.

Before they make excuses of address mismatch all my details were fully correct any mistake would be on their part.

Was good at the start, paid my joining fee and got the card fairly quickly.

Account activated without issue, card used without any issues for a few weeks and then card gets declined. I read on the app they are making upgrades to the system so i gave the benefit of the doubt and waited a few weeks before trying again.

Card is now blocked and emails/messages are being ignored.

Don’t waste your time and money, best way to describe it is if it seems too good to be true it definitely is.

They’ve completed ignored me for nearly 4 months, cannot login to the app anymore either.

Heard nothing, sent emails, texts and tried to comment on Facebook and instagram hoping for a reply.

They’ve now blocked me! DO NOT give these people any of your money. They clearly can see messages and emails but are choosing to ignore you! Avoid at all costs

I purchased a Diesel card in November 2025 and was told it can take 4 weeks for the card to arrive. I am still waiting for my card and it 11/3/26. I have contacted their customer service many times to be told card was on its way but never turns up. I asked for tracking details but never got any or any reply. My advice is don't use this company i'm sure it's a scam. The customer service is useless they take weeks to respond and sometime they don't even bother.

Looks like they’ve shut down after months of lies and issues.

No longer able to log on.

Company owes me about £90 from their services not working and promised refunds.

Over 10 weeks with no reply to emails or WhatsApp messages.

A good idea but it appears they grew too quick and completely messed up the expansion.

Hopefully someone begins class action lawsuit to help people get their money back.

I have had my card a while and used it to great success and I am very pleased with it …..however… since they have been upgrading there network as well explained to us customers via the app etc I have sent them a email and a WhatsApp message a number of weeks ago now to get a eta on when I can use my card /receive a new card and I feel like I have just been completely ignored as I have had absolutely no response at all .. when I first had my card and I messaged on WhatsApp the response was nearly instant and I felt respected but the same can’t be said at the moment I would love to give 5* but I can’t at the moment
