Our onboarding and switch to The Delivery Group has been a very positive one. The entire team supported the transition and were always able to find a way of overcoming any initial challenges with the various systems and myriad customers involved. Always positive and willing to find solutions. Our account lead has visited the site to check in on several occasions. Whenever their have been any issues response is immediate and resolution quick.

Atrocious service
Atrocious service. I ordered a book from Amazon which The Delivery Group say they attempted to deliver almost 2 weeks after the date of the order. They claimed that they could not deliver - I was in at the time, how hard did they try? There has been no further attempt at communication from them and the tracking system is useless. I have contacted the seller to ask for a refund, and also to enquire why they use such a useless delivery service. There are 90% 1 star reviews on this site - says it all?

Having worked with TDG for a number of years, I can honestly say they are one of the best logistics partners we've had the pleasure of working with. Lauren, Ben and the wider team made everything so straightforward on a day-to-day basis - the relationships they built with our supply chains were seamless, and we always felt like a priority account.
What really stands out is how TDG handle the moments that matter most. A first package was left outside. The courier didn’t bother to ring the doorbell. I was in my flat all the day.
Another slim package was folded and pushed through the letter box, damaging the slim picture book inside.

Unbelievably bad service
Only gave 1 star as could not get it to take NONE ! Whover delivered today to me made no attempt to come to my front door or use letter box, apparently went to next door neighbour. Driver then simply threw over my back garden wall and package only found by accident whilst using household bins. Although there is an access issue at moment to back garden this does not justify such poor treatment of people's parcels. Incredibly bad service from carrier - and the eBay seller who supplied has now lost a regular customer.

Awful. Claim they have delivered my package, a book, but the picture shows left it outside the stairwell and it's clearly been stolen. Even if it hadn't been stolen, leaving a book outside in cardboard packaging exposed to Scottish weather is just wrong.

Suspicious company
Why does this company keep sending me kids tattoos and stickers for no reason? I have no idea why they do this. It's very weird and I want them to stop.
They have them 'securely' delivered by Yodel....what's it about. Delivery person knocking on my door to deliver 4 tattoos measuring no more than an average phone, and won't post them through door. This has to be scam motivated??

A Pointless Company
I don't really understand why this company exists or what benefit anyone can get from dealing with them as their entire business model seems to involve inserting themselves in the supply chain between the seller and the carrier and, as a consequence, causing anything one orders to take significantly longer to arrive.
It's truly bizarre, they seem to exist purely to make the experience of online shopping even more frustrating and annoying than it already is and that, to me at least, does not sound like a good idea.

Truly terrible
Truly terrible. I ordered a book of Amazon which has still not arrived three weeks later. The tracking information says the book has been returned to the seller as the parcel was undeliverable. This is rubbish as I live in a freely accessible area & get deliveries all the time. I will never buy from any company that uses the delivery group.
