Excellent and trustworthy service. I started using this surgery when I had a dental emergency and my own dentist couldn’t fit my in for days. Abi fitted me in between patients. Now my whole family use him. Thorough and professional, easy to get along with and friendly staff. Only wish we’d found him sooner!

I’m a very nervous patient and hadn’t visited a dentist for many years. Dr Abi listened to all my concerns and talked them through to reassure me.
A choice of treatment options were discussed and the best course of action agreed.
After one of my treatments I received a follow up call the next morning to check how I was doing and if everything was ok. The aftercare is excellent.

I've received such excellent treatment from the team at Simply Dental. Dr Abhi was very empathetic to my needs -- he explained everything clearly and let me know all the options before we agreed on a treatment plan. Wonderful and highly professional dentists and reception staff, who treat you with care and respect.

Earlier this year I visited a root canal specialist who told me I needed two teeth removed and suggested implants. He recommended The Complete Smile. Dr Abhilash Soni explained the whole implant process in great detail which gave me a lot of confidence. In parts of the process he has involved Dr Guy McLellan from Charing Cross Hospital. They make an excellent team. I have also been impressed by the work of Terry Curran, the hygienist. Apart from being total professionals the practice is very friendly with excellent receptionists who immediately put you at ease. I have been very impressed by the after care after some of the more complex procedures where I have received a call to check everything is okay.

Abi has helped me replace a number of fillings, talking me through the process calmly so I understood the detail.

He’s also whitened my teeth ahead of my wedding and they look fab!

I have been using this dental practice for a while now and have been really impressed with them. The service is excellent from the receptionists through to the nurses and dentists. They have several specialists in different areas so you always know that whatever treatment you are having the person carrying it out really knows what they’re doing. I have felt very well looked after and will definitely continue to use this practice for years to come!

Amazing care and honest advice for a very complicated dental emergency! The entire team in Simply Dental is lovely, caring, friendly and very professional. Dr Abi has been brilliant, he has been very honest throughout the entire treatment and has given me several options to get my smile back. Throughout the entire process I felt looked after and cared for. The after care and communication have also been amazing.

Slightly nervous going in for a deep clean today, but Dr. Soni and his team ensured the process was entirely pain-free, as well as giving me quick breaks throughout (a small thing I find helpful). Everything was explained clearly and a follow-up appointment included. All very solid.

What a lovely dental practice! From the receptionists to the practitioners themselves, the moment you walk through the door you're made to feel welcome and at ease. I hadn't been to the dentist for five years(!) before finally facing my fear, and chose Dr Abi's practice purely from the reviews. I wasn't made to feel embarrassed for my slump in dental hygiene, and the suggested course of treatment was explained clearly. No dread for me now running up to my hygienist and dental visits. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

The Complete Smile is a dental practice that really care about their customers. Nothing is too much trouble. They are keen to discuss the right treatment options for the individual based on affordability and need. The whole of the team Reception, Dentist, Dental Nurse are all very kind, caring and respectful people. I cannot recommend this dental surgery more highly. There is parking and they are just off the main road into Twickenham Town. This is the most welcoming dentist practice I have ever been to. I rate them and have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family.

I can not recommend Simply Dental enough for the outstanding level of care over the last 5 years. Heartfelt thanks to Abi for setting up an immediate appointment for treatment when I had a dental emergency last year. My condition would have worsened if I had to wait.

Abi is great at spotting issues early on and his solutions are usually preventive measures. I receive detailed advice on looking after my teeth in the regaulr hygeine appointments - this level of treatment and dental coaching is something I have not experienced before. Abi became my new dentist this year, I have to say I could not have picked a better dentist, apart from being very professional, he really takes care in his work and puts you at ease which has gone on to show in his staff and practice. Great dentist.

I have recommended Abi and his team at Simply Dental to many friends and family already. I have been under his care for the last 12 months for Invisalign braces, a new crown and soon a new veneer too and he has done a fantastic job. Not only is the quality and standard of his work very high but he is also a very grounded and calm professional who has put my anxieties totally at ease. I only wish I had found him sooner in life and saved myself al ot of sub standard dentistry.

Please avoid this company. They will take advantage of your emergency situation , will charge 5 times more than the usual price ( of private practice). Can't believe they are allowed to operate on the high street with this exploitive malpractice. Absolutely avoid. Will give them zero (or negative ) stars.

My teeth needed some immediate care, and Abi has been exceptional in booking me in, and checking in on my progress. Abi is also passionate about patients taking care of their teeth and both myself and by husband have cut back on the sugar and starting taking better care with our dental hygiene since registering at this dentist. The Complete Smile Dental Clinic is a friendly dental care overlooking Twickenham Green. A nice and peaceful view from you dental chair! Abi is of very good counsel, very professional and always tries to advise on the best solution that you can afford. I have also had two teeth which unfortunately needed pulling out, and Abi has been very gentle in doing the job, which means that I not only didn’t feel pain during and after, but also recovered very quickly. I would recommend this dental practice without a problem.
