Just very happy that i made the decision to join TCID. Everything is just put so well together. The framework, getting coached by the best of the best, the insane community with just all highly motivated people that just want to make the absolute best of themselves and of their life. .and also the possibilities to find an offer. It’s just crazy. From the moment i started things just started changing so fast and if i could do things over i would only know that i would join way earlier!

I joined TCID a few months back when I had a road block in my sales career. It was early on but with how much there is to learn about sales I found myself constantly asking questions without someone answering them, so I looked for someone who was reliable but also someone who could actually help me become the person I wanted to become. Ever during my initial first few calls after joining, the environment was incredible, the energy, the conversations, the ideas, everything was so real and I had all my questions answered and more. I’ve grown so much in my career so far and actually have the confidence, the skills, and knowledge to go and close well. While still having the constant support to grow. Genuinely this place is a blessing to be a part of, couldn’t imagine any other people to look up to. Love this mentorship so much.

For years, I was stuck in a place where I was consistently putting up good numbers, almost on autopilot.

Looking back, that was also the danger. Because I was already performing well, I became comfortable at a certain level. I kept making the same mistakes without even realizing they were mistakes, simply because my results were good enough to hide them. In the process, I wasted an enormous amount of time, money, and potential because I couldn’t see my own blind spots.

For a long time, I treated improving my skills as something secondary. I thought, “I’m already getting results, so how much difference can more training really make?”

That changed when I started hearing some incredible stories about Thijs and Levi and the way they train and develop closers at TCID. Eventually, I decided to put my ego aside and work with them.

That decision completely changed the way I approach sales.

Through the additional training, methodology, frameworks, and experience they brought to the table, I learned how to take my calls to a level of depth I simply didn’t have before. I started seeing things in conversations that I had previously missed, and since then, I’ve never approached a sales call the same way.

But the biggest lesson wasn’t even the improvement in my closing rate.

Joining the TCID was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. After a rough year of being an ecommerce entrepreneur I went completely broke with my back against the wall, and I knew this was my final shot to make it work. I joined TCID 6 months ago. I already had two years of closing experience and a solid track record. I decided to join because I felt there was a ceiling I couldn't break through on my own.

I have joined 5 coaching programs, and this is by far the best. I can say this with 100% conviction. Ik zit inmiddels 3 maanden in het 1-op-1 traject. Hoewel ik vooraf al hoge verwachtingen had, zijn deze de afgelopen maanden echt overtroffen.

Naast de sterke begeleiding en de waardevolle kennis die wordt overgebracht, is het ook een top community waarin iedereen ernaar streeft de beste versie van zichzelf te worden. Wat ik vooral sterk vind, is dat iedereen elkaar op elk vlak vooruit helpt en motiveert.
