Such lovely staff here nothing is too much trouble all the carpets are lovely - we had 4 bedrooms hall stairs and landing done. Was finished in no time turned up on time can’t fault them really. The price was very reasonable aswell highly recommend these.

We are extremely pleased with our new bedroom carpet. We decided last minute after ordering a new bed that it would be an ideal time to get a new carpet. The carpet stop were able to fit us in within the week, before the bed was delivered. We didn’t expect to find somewhere who would be able to fit us in. This is the third time we have used the Carpet Stop and will be back in the New Year for stairs and hallway carpet.

Service was great from start to finish. Thanks Tom for your advice and letting me take boards home really helped me decide. The fitting team also really professional and did a great job. So happy with my new floor. Great job.

The staff in store were so helpful when trying to find carpet to match the rest of the house. Louise was very knowledgeable and very friendly. The store was very accommodating to our needs and helping us get the carpet delivered in time. Thank you all at the Derby store!

Very professional outfit. Smooth process of selecting well priced high quality carpet and underlay, through to very professional, tidy and polite fitters. Nothing to fault and a reassuringly trouble-free experience. Haven't used them before but will do again now.

Item delayed in transit. Explanation was the lost a courier has lost a 4.0m long carpet roll in their "local hub." Apparently cannot help after 2pm as people are "out the office" - everyday!

All went smoothly from start to finish. Very helpful in the shop with choosing my carpet. Quick fitting date. Fitters were respectful of the property and very friendly. Carpet looks great.

I had both my living/ front room and stairs done. The fitters were very quick and did a very good job. The People in the shop were helpful and even made suggestions to lower my price. Very satisfied

From my first visit to the store in Burton, the whole process was very easy.
Having a good idea of what I wanted, to be given advice and explanation of the different carpets available in the size required by Chantelle, was all very simple.
Fitting booked for early on a Friday. Courtesy call from the store on the day before and a mobile call from the fitters that they were 10 minutes away. They completed the laying in under an hour.
There enough “off cuts “ to get ‘lapped’ to make several rugs.
I can fully recommend Carpet Stop in Burton for anyone wanting to carpet their floors.

I’ve used the Carpet Stop to fit out flooring throughout 3 of my properties now. More recently, my own home. They are always so accommodating, especially when I’m doing refurbs and always changing the dates!
They’re extremely well priced and the customer service in the office is second to none (which is rare these days). The fitters are also always polite, tidy and experienced. Always a great job done. Thanks again team!

Job well done and didn't take very long either

I've had all my previous carpets from the Carpet Stop and they have always been great affordable carpets. I visited again recently to purchase a stairs carpet and the lady that dealt with me (Elaine) was lovely. Very helpful and knowledgeable, pointing us in the right direction to a carpet within our budget. Highly recommend.

The second time I’ve used this store. Great service and knowledgeable staff who aren’t at all pushy. The fitters were good both times. And good prices… very fair.

We have used Carpet Stop Derby on several occasions for carpet fitting on stairs and hallway, bedroom and living room. All workmanship was excellent performed quickly and efficiently. This in mind we used them again for a big LVT job. The main area was our old garage. Has you can imagine the floor was very uneven and had different damp readings to the kitchen where the flooring was going to carry on to.
Luckily we had Dom out to survey the job and although it was a very difficult job involving extensive floor levelling and damp membrane work, he was happy to give us a quote and take on the work. Dom and his mate Kye started the job, which was done over four days, Dom was brilliant, he told us everything that was going to be done and when and also how long it would take to dry each day, when we can walk through and, all we needed to know. Dom and Kye both worked extremely hard to get the work done on time. We are very happy with the finished job, because of the difficulty i wasnt expecting such a great looking result. A bit of a long review, but if you are having LVT use Dom, even if you have to wait a few days longer. I would also like to add what nice guys they both were and tgat Dom spoke very highly of Carpet Stop as a business. He is definitely sincere because he could work for any company he chooses. Thanks guys.

We’re renovating our whole house and The Carpet Stop have done two houses for us over the years so we asked them to lay the laminate in our upstairs rooms.

Absolutely brilliant. Prompt. Careful. Cared about my house. Had a slight snafu but the guys resolved it and created an excellent customer experience.

Things don’t always to plan but it’s all about how you deal with the challenges and these guys nailed it. Will have them back to do our downstairs once renovations are complete.
