I own 3 straps from The Bridge because I appreciate their quality and great looks. Recently, the pin that holds the strap on my navy blue “Sailing Strap”, my favorite, detached and was lost.
I noticed that the company offers a lifetime warranty, so I got in touch with customer service and they agreed to replace the strap at no cost to me.
Not only, a quality product, but a quality service philosophy.

They delivered the wrong size, which I returned. They sent a replacement which was faulty, which I returned and requested a refund. 12 emails and 10 weeks later I finally received a refund for the strap. I also claimed returned postage costs of £10, but they initially refused my claim. I pointed out that as they are 'distance selling' they are legally required to pay postage on returns. They agreed to refund my postage but to date I still have not received a refund!

Update: I have now received a refund for the postage, plus a £5 goodwill payment, but only after I posted this on Trustpilot!

Update Feb '25: The CEO responded to this review, apologised for everything that went wrong and has sent me two free straps. The Bridge came good and I finally got my strap - I will leave it to you to decide whether the result constitutes good customer service!

Have to say I was very impressed with the quality and the service

Amazing and friendly customer service with a quick resolution to my issue.

Customer service responded quickly when I received an Apple Watch strap that did not include the lugs needed to attach the strap to my watch. They quickly sent out a replacement and included an extra strap as compensation for my trouble. Everyone makes mistakes but not all work hard to rectify them to the satisfaction of the customer.

The bands are as advertised and look fantastic with the Apple Watch.

Amazing customer service.
I had to change my delivering address and they jumped in it. The reason I was so surprised is because it was an Instagram purchase.

I have bought several watch straps from Bridge which I have been super happy with. That said I have had a couple of issues with parts failing. Where they have excelled themselves is sorting the issues quickly and efficiently. The customer services team have super been responsive.

I would have no hesitation in adding more straps to my small collection.

Edited 18/10: unfortunately the product I ordered proved to be out of stock. I have been kindly refunded. Customer service response is via email so took a little longer than I would have liked to identify and remediate the issue but in the end all sorted.

Ordered a strap but is not right for my watch, I have tried e mail to organise a return but no response. No contact numbers to call and speak to anyone. Hopefully this will prompt a response! Got a reply to say sorry but no follow up to arrange return will have to contact card company to get a refund. I have e mailed you with details for the return and refund
