The birthday draw scam .
I never realized that it’s a monthly payment Scheme that automatically takes money from your account. So I tried to cancel my subscription. But it looks like it’s an impossible task. The help like that I have called says sorry no one is able to take your call . It’s 10.15. Am I have called the number for two days now, and it always says the same thing I have left messages saying I wish to cancel my subscription. And emailed them saying I wish to cancel my subscription but nothing. This all stinks of a scam . Guys watch out !!!!

Having reviewed your case, we received your request on the evening of 1st June and responded on the morning of 3rd June. While your request was actioned, this was longer than our target response time, and we're sorry that we didn't respond as quickly as we would have liked.
The beginning of each month is our busiest period due to subscription renewals, and on this occasion we worked through enquiries in the order they were received. That's an explanation rather than an excuse, and we recognise that a quicker response would have provided a better experience.
We do like to remind people that subscriptions can be managed directly within a customer's account, and we provide information about subscription billing, renewal dates and future charges during the sign-up process and on the payment confirmation page. We appreciate that this wasn't your experience, and we're always looking at ways to make this information even clearer.
We're a new joint venture between ITV and Global, having only launched in January 2026, so we're continually working to improve both our product and customer service.
