TRIED TO BOOK A FLIGHT THEY DIDNT SEND ME ETICKETS. WHEN I RECEIVED THE ETICKETS I CONTACTED VIRGIN AIRLINE AND THEY SAID THIS BOOKING HAS BEEN CANCELLED. I CONTACTED THE TRAVEL AGENCY AND THEY STILL KEPT LYING ABOUT HOW ITS A MISUNDERSTANDING BUT WHY WOULD THE AIRLINE LIE????

Trying to book a flight and asked date of birth. Some idiot who designed website decided that I would have to go back monthly by month to 1965!!!! This would take an hour. So not using this company because they have no idea how to operate a web site

I booked an airline ticket through a third-party search engine to travel agent. After I made the payment, the travel agent called and informed me that I had purchased a Basic Economy ticket, which they said might not be confirmed until 24 hours before departure. This put me under significant stress because my travel plans were uncertain, and my money was already tied up.

The ticket was not confirmed, and the travel agent only provided their own company booking reference instead of the airline's booking reference. When I contacted the airline directly, they could not find any reservation under my details, leaving me unable to verify my booking.

Over the following days, I had to make numerous phone calls to travel agent, causing unnecessary anxiety and frustration. In the end, I felt pressured to pay a much higher fare just to secure a confirmed ticket. I was also informed that I could not receive a full refund unless I paid additional cancellation or service fees.

This experience was misleading and unfair. Customers should be clearly informed before payment if a ticket is not immediately confirmed or is subject to availability. Selling an unconfirmed booking while holding a customer's money creates unnecessary financial and emotional stress. I believe this type of practice is unfair and should be investigated to ensure consumers are treated transparently and fairly.

I have a book my ticket with ticket fair and 2 people was involved "Joya"and "Rio",a both has gave me excellent service and both are so polite and helpful,the way they treat me and helped me was so good
