Didn’t turn up for my son’s birthday party, I booked this over 6 months in advance also taking a deposit which I didn’t get back!

Luckily we managed to get one 30 minutes before the party started otherwise I would have took this much further. Do not recommend using this company

Extremely disappointing experience and not suitable for a children’s birthday party.

We booked the gaming van for my son’s 12th birthday party, but the experience was unacceptable from the moment it arrived. The van arrived late, and no proper introduction, explanation, or set-up guidance was given.

The inside of the van appeared dirty and poorly maintained, with grass and debris across the floor and visible wear throughout. The equipment also looked tired and worn.

A major issue was that the gaming stations were not ready to use. Several consoles were either stuck needing large updates, had no internet connection, required sign-in, or had controllers/consoles that were not working properly. In practice, around half of the gaming stations could not be used as expected.

The internet cables that needed to be connected to the house were simply left/dumped on the floor, with the expectation that we would sort this ourselves. For a paid birthday party booking, I would expect the company to arrive prepared, explain the setup, and make sure everything is working before the children start.

Given the condition of the van, the lack of proper setup, and the number of unusable consoles, we decided not to proceed and sent the van away. This caused a lot of stress and disappointment on what should have been a special birthday celebration.

I would not recommend this company based on our experience. A gaming van should arrive clean, prepared, updated, tested, and ready for children to play — this was not the case.

Ordered a bouncy castle for my little girls 3rd birthday which she was so excited about, and they didn’t turn up, tried to contact multiple times on days leading up and on the day to no reply. Since we have not had our money refunded. My partner phoned and was told my the guy on the phone he would refund once back at office, still no refund and no phone call back. I find it strange someone has a business directed at making children’s days but as per reviews continues to let little children down on their big day. We will be taking it further with the bank.

The Bouncy Castle Man took a deposit at 3pm and I got in touch by 10am the following morning as I needed to cancel. They would not refund me my deposit. Apparently it's in their Ts&Cs but I think this is misleading. I booked a date 4.5 weeks in advance so the cancellation was not late in any way and has caused absolutely no disruption to their service. I think this is a con to not refund people their money. I most definitely will NOT be recommending this company to anyone I know. If they treat customers like this at the early stages, I don't want to think what the rest of their service is like. What a con.

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We hired the 3D dinosaur castle with slide. Arrived in plenty time for the party starting and staff were great.
They have a massive selection to choose from and I’d definitely recommend to anyone!
Will be using this company the next time I need a bouncy castle 😃

terrible place, didn’t deliver.

They didn’t deliver the bouncy castle. Let down last minute for my little boys birthday party with no refund and was swearing over the phone terrible company.

We contacted about a grinch visit as our out of school club children have put together over 15 bags of food and gifts for the food bank and have created 30 gift bags of toys and books to hide around the local area. This company said no. We took to Facebook to find something else, this company was recommended, we advised they had turned us down. Since then this man has been rude, abusive and harassed my personal Facebook. He is a very rude and nasty man. If you want to see proof I have screenshots

The owner is all nice and friendly when things are going good but as soon as you dare challenge him when somethings went wrong, he becomes defensive, doesnt want to know you and is a horrible man to deal with. God complex comes to mind.

Booked with the bouncy castle man twice in the last few years and both times were excellent. I always go for the big slide and even though they struggle to get it through the back gate, they always seem to make it work. High standards of health and safety and a professional service. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Had a disappointing experience with the company unfortunately. I had a castle booked for my son's birthday. I had done a favour for the boss by dressing up for his son's birthday and arriving under the impression I was a superhero, in return, he had a promised a bouncy castle for my son's birthday, he wasn't charged at all for myself attending the party and all seemed well.
All was going well until the day before the event. A few hours after the castle was set up in the morning, someone from the company had come to collect the castle stating that the same castle had been double booked for another event on the same day of my son's birthday. After then calling the boss, the person was overheard saying that the other event would be getting a different castle and instead of being told an honest reason that the castle was double booked, they had told them that the castle had come into contact with someone who tested positive for Covid-19 - which was not the case (So if you were due to have the 'Hulk castle on Saturday the 17th of July 2021, unfortunately you were lied to).
The man then told us we still had the castle and it wouldn't be removed but was quite rude to my brother who was there at the time and after coming off the phone to his boss, had swore at him. I obviously wasn't happy with this and had messaged his boss to make him aware of the situation to which he responded by calling my brother a liar, ignoring the concerns I had raised and had said he was considering taking away the castle.
Before this, he had seemed like a nice bloke until I had mentioned this about his employee.
Due to this, I wanted nothing to do with the company so agreed that the castle could be taken away and that was the end of it.
Fortunately my son had a great birthday even without the bouncy castle but overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Had a castle from these guys a few weeks ago, was in a hall all the paper work was handed over to the hall keeper when asked, communication was brilliant and service for the delivery driver was second to none.
