It is always a pleasure to take my cat to Roland, as he is such a good vet. I am always impressed by the depth of his knowledge, his gentle and skilful handling of my cat, and the clear way he explains things.

We really value the consultative approach provided by Roland. He allows plenty of time for question, answers and examinations. We leave feeling informed and that our pet is well looked after and in great care. All in all just very thorough and we're glad we made the switch from our previous practice which always felt slightly more rushed and hectic.

When I walked in to the vets I was instantly relaxed with a warm welcome from the receptionist then the vet was very warm and welcoming with lots of advice for a new owner of a 10 week old kitten and because I was relaxed it seemed my kitten was to thank you to the team for everything this is a lovely and inviting place for my little treasure

The Avenue Vet is a great friendly place who really looked after our cat and provided pragmatic, appropriate options, explained in a easy way to understand. I would highly recommend if you need someone to look after your treasured pet.

Roland and the team are very professional and friendly. The Avenue Vet is a very calming environment and all the staff are conscious of it being a positive experience for your pet. We always get great advice during check ups and love that we receive free reminders for flea prevention and vaccinations etc. I could not recommend them enough!

I had some request from insurance company (even though my cat was not treated here) and it was dealt promptly. I am very satisfied with the service the Avenue Vet provides. During our first check up for 5 months kitten Roland explained very detailed about care and risks, giving all information in writting. Highly recommended!
