horrible ui, nothing is smooth, such a bad experience. would not recommend if your cortisol is high, only for those with the lowest cortisol can handle this abomination of a graphic design tool.

scam. free screenshots misleading claim.

Have been hiring designers till now. But thankfully discovered AppLaunchpad. It saved us a lot of time. We used to spent $1000-$2000 per release for App Store screenshots previously.

The editor is horrible, the app says free but only after you spent hours with their buggy editor trying to fix your screenshots only after going through all that pain they will tell you can't download without subscription, after i subscribed and exported the images I found out I had to go and resize them because even the export size is not accurate, just a total scam honestly, the editor is garbage, the promise is misleading.

I purchased The App Launchpad hoping to test the platform, but the software was extremely buggy and not usable for my needs.

I contacted support within 12 hours of purchase to request a refund, which is well within their 48-hour refund window stated in their own terms. Unfortunately, after 20 days I still have not received any response.

At this point the lack of customer support is more concerning than the product quality itself. When a customer reports serious issues immediately after purchase, the minimum expectation is at least a reply.

Where do I even start? This is the worst canvas experience I've ever had the displeasure of using. The UI is horrible: state management, saving, redo capabilities, and drag and drop are all broken. I constantly had to refresh the page because I couldn't select text, components would duplicate for no reason, and elements would randomly realign when undoing changes. And that's without mentioning the "gotcha" when trying to export, their "free template" is actually a premium one. I ended up taking screenshots of my work and upscaling them instead. Eat my ass.

Junk and waste of time!

First they show its free, when i make project they ask subscription.

I signed up for the free membership on TheAppLaunchPad with the expectation that I could create and download screenshots. While the tool allowed me to create screenshots, it blocked the download unless I upgraded to a paid plan. This was extremely frustrating and felt misleading, as the free membership gave the impression of fully usable functionality. I wasted my time trying to complete my work, only to realize that I couldn’t actually access what I created. I hope TheAppLaunchPad clarifies their free vs. paid features to avoid misleading users in the future.

I paid, used the product, and finished. I thought it was a one-time payment. They've been charging my credit card for another two months. I requested a refund but I can't find anyone to talk to. I sent emails but they haven't responded.

Says it's free but doesn't allow you to download

Scammers! They tell you you can use it for free, NEVER disclaim while you go through the product, whether you are using "premium" features or not. Then after you've spent hours,you can't download it unless you pay.

Horrible user experience, they just want your money.

Advertises with free, shows download button create everything. When clicking on download you get a paywall. Scammers first class

yep - they say "free" but all elements are premium so it's actually impossible to download anything... terrible experience.

"FREE VERSION" does not allow you to download.

This is not mentioned anywhere.. except when trying to download. It sneakily says "You have used premium elements. Please upgrade to download."

I've deleted every single element including text. Everything is blank. Still .. "please upgrade to download."

Current price is $29/month or $180 per year.

Do not buy a subscription from this company. The product promises a lot but DOES NOT deliver.

I purchased a subscription to download assets, and was shocked by the low quality of what it delivered. I reached out to support to complain and they more or less said "yeah, we'll look into it, and no refunds. see ya, wouldn't want to be ya!"

Terrible product, terrible support.

At first I was impressed with the nice templates and usability. Then I came back in the evening and obviously, there was too much traffic for the site to handle and it was a horrible user experience. And then, when I went to download (after working on my design for hours, using a 'free template' and adding ZERO new elements) I was told that I had added premium elements and I'd have to pay £15 per month. What SCAMMERS. And what a shame, because it could be a nice product.

Worst editor, no-one responding in chat support, receipt received from india. I can confirm is a scam.
