This arrived in very good time. Really good quality and the perfect gift for a retiring colleague. However to my dismay but due to an error on my part there was a mistake on the wording of the plaque! I emailed Abbey to say it was a lovely item and explained what I had done! She was brilliant and answered my message straight away even though it was Saturday evening ! She offered to send me a new plaque to fix my dilemma and confirmed early Monday morning that it was posted and on it's way. Excellent customer service and after sales, I cannot fault this seller a genuinely lovely experience from start to finish. A very big thank you Abbey for helping out here when it wasn't your fault in the first place 🙂

I honestly can’t recommend The Laser Boutique highly enough.

I recently ordered a custom wedding ring box and, when it arrived, I initially thought there was an issue with it. After speaking with Philip, I realised the mistake was actually mine—I had unknowingly ordered the Grade B version, which is sold at a reduced price because of cosmetic imperfections. I simply hadn’t read the description properly.

Despite the misunderstanding being entirely my own, Philip couldn’t have been more understanding or professional. From start to finish, his communication was outstanding, and he genuinely wanted to make sure we were happy with our purchase.

The finished ring box is absolutely stunning and exactly what we wanted for our wedding. The craftsmanship is first-class, and it’s clear a great deal of pride goes into every piece that’s made.

I had issues with a discount offer and problems with communicating initially with the company which was frustrating as the planter that I boight as a gift was beautifully crafted. However, on finally contacting the company, they were polite and apologetic,. They explained the misunderstanding, gave me a refund for the discount and were really helpful. The planters are sturdy and are a fantastic present, especially with the personalised plaque.
