This company’s customer service is truly dreadful

They mislabelled my parcel and delivered it to the wrong address and then delayed so long after they got it back that it I finally got it three and a half weeks after I ordered it and far too late for the birthday it was intended for

No apology, no offer of compensation

I asked for a refund and they initially agreed, then didn’t reply to my email requesting details of the return and refunds procedure

And they’ve been ignoring me ever since, which I see from other reviews is par for the course when they’re asked for a refund

So I’m stuck with a tin I can’t use because I bought something else for the birthday

And the printing on it’s poor quality anyway and not worth the money

Avoid, they’re an unpleasant and unhelpful company

I have just recieved my planter as a gift to my mum. I am so pleased with it, it’s good quality sturdy and looks perfect. The personiliation is just an added bonus. It’s a beautiful looking planter. I would highly recommend buying one xx

Edit: 3 August 2026.After contacting Philip about these issues, I was given a full refund. So whilst I wasn't happy with the quality of what I received, their customer service is very good. I have therefore changed from 1 star to 3 stars.

I paid extra for a presentation box. I expected this to be a box that displayed the glass. Instead, I received the glass rolling around in a basic gift box with some tissue paper. The glass was absolutely filthy and covered in greasy finger prints. The engraving is very poor quality and so faint it is barely legible. As this was supposed to be a gift, it is extremely disappointing.

Such a beautiful gift, I made a mistake on my order but I contacted Laser Boutique and it was quickly resolved.
I cannot wait to give this gift and I know he’s going to love it

I wanted to get him something special and these personalised hand tools are just that.
