Scam company, avoid. I purchased an item that arrived damaged and the seller responded that the item is usually damaged when they send it out. They cut contact and wouldn't provide details for a refund or a return.

Also be aware that PayPal buyer protection does not cover this company so you are not protected if paying with PayPal.

Spent over £100 on bird feeders for my children’s teachers. They are lovely and came quicker than expected. However I ordered the optional bird feed and paid an extra £20 for these - they didn’t arrive with the feeders. I emailed and whilst I got a prompt response and refund from Philip, it would have been nice to have been told at dispatch they were out of stock rather than just not sending it and leaving it up to me to chase it.

This company cannot be trusted. Ordered 2 beautiful personalised bowls and spoons for a twin christening and both products were covered in mould. Not suitable for giving to anyone let alone a baby. Paid for return and promised a refund, nothing given after 10 months of trying and constant emails. I never write reviews but felt I had to warn people of a company that promises to be family friendly and is completely not

Criminals. Absolute thieves. My mum ordered a toy chest from this company in January and never received any correspondence. It is now July. We are having to go through legal means to get our money back. Completely ghosted on social media platforms and ignored via email. This toy chest was £120. It wasn’t short change. To say they’re a family business ripping off other peoples families it’s absolutely diabolical.

Unfortunately there is no way to contact them other than email. They are reading their social media messages but not replying. At this moment they have taken £120 from me and not messaged or given any information regarding delivery or anything to do with my order. Unfortunately after giving more than six months to let them respond and deal with my order I’m going to have to contact trading standards and go through a small claims court to get my money back. Being ghosted by this company is absolutely disgraceful. Do not buy from this company. Avoid at all costs. I don’t know where these positive reviews are coming from they are lies. Possibly family members or friends.

The planter is an anniversary gift for a close family couple. I’m sure they will love it. The words on the plaque are very tasteful and a nice reminder of the event when they look at the flowers we’re going to put in it.

I was disappointed with my Engraved Guinness glass, it was bought as a present . The engraving was very poor and difficult to see a nod the gift box was far too large for a single glass
