Recently sold my house through the Auction Group. Had hoped to sell it via the more traditional route but the house needed a lot of work doing to it to bring it up to standard and it was suggested that selling via auction was my best option.
I was a little wary to say the least. The sale was dealt with by Faye. I have to say she was brilliant. Really helpful. Explained everything clearly without any jargon. And if she said she was going to do something she did it. It’s so refreshing to get someone who says they will call you back who actually does call you back.
The sale went through very quickly. Any fears I might have had were quickly placated. When I have listened to the issues and problems others have had selling their homes through more traditional methods I’m glad I chose this option.
If all the staff are as resolved and focused as Faye then I have no hesitation in recommending The Auction Group if you are looking for a quick and relatively dress free way of selling your property.

I dealt with Emma at The Auction Group. My property sold in a 6 week time frame and I had absolutely nothing to do other than wait. When I had tried to sell the same property two years before I was constantly chasing up the estate agent for updates and the solicitor to move things along and then after months the buyer pulled out. Nothing like that this time. Stress and hassle free.

A massive thank you to the full team, I sold my grans house which was an emotional and stressful thing to take on but the team were just amazing from start to finish which was only 4 weeks! There was no stress in doing lots of viewings- one block viewing and the offers come in and sale agreed! No chance for the buyers to mess about so quick and easy which was great for the full family!
