This is a 5 star service that will add so much value to your life. I was shocked when I was told I was a dark autumn and very skeptical to implement the changes for my season. But after slowly changing and adapting to my season I started to feel like myself more than ever. Not only the hair and makeup, but the kibbe style really clicked and helped hone in on The things I already loved to wear but was not implementing it on an everyday day basis. This is worth every penny because it’s an investment in yourself!!!

A lovely experience and informational guide! The creator gave a detailed and easy-to-understand color analysis and Kibb body type analysis, with lots of examples. I had a question about my analysis and she answered it quickly and helped me better understand the differences between color seasons. The creator is so incredibly kind, talented, and informative! I’ve been following her on Instagram for several months and finally bought her That Girl Transformation package and I’m so glad I did!

Wow! Blown away by the results of my analysis. Can’t wait to make all the changes! Thatgirlconcept instructions were user friendly and response time to questions was great.

Scam! My mum spent a decent amount of money for a personalised analysis to “glow up”.

The results… a photo so heavily edited it doesn’t even look like her- smaller nose, different face shape, smoothed out to the high heavens. Scary in fact. Nothing realistic about it, as the website claims!

A mock up with short hair, yet hairstyles to suit her for long hair? And a copy and paste of the Superdrug home page, in a shade the previous PDF told her is her ‘worst’ colour.

There’s nothing personalised about it, just a poor attempt of AI spiel! And yes, chat GPT can detect when something is AI-assisted and not human-written. Another false claim from the website.

Took me 10 minutes to find the same AI spiel and put together a mock up, that at least looked like her, for free!

Highly disappointing, there’s nothing empowering about face tuning women’s faces and selling a load of lies.

I expressed my concerns to the company to receive, again, a generalised AI message back stating “not every creative service will align with every individual” and to “clarify several incorrect assumptions”.

The second response claimed they would send her a free makeup guide and “rework the image personally” implying they didn’t do it themselves in the first place?

Regardless of whatever rework this company may or may not provide, the fact is this service is dreadful. I am not interested in getting into a to and fro with them like some of the other negative reviews on here. Just a simple warning to anyone considering this service!

I submitted a request for their full package at the end of November and waited until the end of December to ask them when my results would be ready. They apologized and said it was sitting in drafts the whole time. When they sent me my results it said I was a soft autumn but the color palette they sent was soft summer. I bought the exact products that they recommended and spent a decent amount of money and they all look awful on me.

I loved the package I received. It’s very helpful including hair color, cut, ways to style your hair, makeup suggestions, and more. I’m very excited to apply this analysis and see where it takes me. If you are looking to change up your look but not sure where to start, I highly recommend this service!

I had some doubts about the hair color recommendations, and I reached out with questions. They replied very quickly and took the time to explain the reasoning which I really appreciated. The communication felt professional and supportive, and I felt listened to.
Overall, the guide is well structured and personalized, and the support after receiving it was a very positive part of the experience.

It did take 2 weeks to receive the guide but that was clear before purchase.
