Moving to Thailand on a retirement visa was stressful enough. They really made the visa application process easy and stress-free. There are several steps to get it all done but the staff was extremely helpful.

These guys are awesome, not just Visa's as well, the full package if you want it, driving licenses, bank accounts, phones, Condo tours, made my relocation a walk in the park. Great customer secure portal for uploading requested documents, highly recommended.

I’m very happy and glad i went through Thailand Blueprint for my non immigrant O visa. I was considering the OA visa but they advised me otherwise. Opening a bank account and obtaining the visa was seamless. Having been at the Immigration centre, it can be daunting for those considering doing this on their own. It is definitely worth outsourcing this stress to them :-))

Adam and Wat were helpful, informative and responsive. I would highly recommend them to family and friends considering moving to Thailand.

Thanks guys!

I got to say, Wat and Adam are the best people you will find here in bangkok if you need help getting a visa. I'm a retired American veteran married to a Tanzanian wife and their whole team has been helpful and accommodating in our visa struggles here in thailand. Wat has been there with us holding our hands and explaining the process every step of the way. I tried doing a few things on my own thinking it would be so simple, which wasted 2 days of walking around bangkok. All phone calls or questions emailed have been returned in a timely manner. Great team you can trust and trust is worth every penny in my book. I know that I could of never done everything on my own. Having someone who can speak to the immigration staff while you are there just makes everything easier. So glad I found them. I would give them 11 stars if I could.

My wife and I have been contemplating on retiring to Thailand for several years now. A major reason why we have not begin our visa application process is the ‘complexity’ of Thailand’s retirement visa system; the unclear requirements and not having the right ‘guidance’ in applying and obtaining our retirement visas! In short, we were confused, hesitant and wondering if the whole process was going to be a mountain we were willing to climb!
That is before we met Wat at Thailand BluePrint. During the past two weeks and many email exchanges so far, Wat has demonstrated to us his patience, his expertise in guiding us through the Thai visa maze. I spent nearly eighteen months trying to understand the Thai visa application process from beginning to end but still with many questions of my own. Then I found Wat and in less than six email exchanges so far, I am very clear of Thailand’s retirement visa requirements for a couple in our situation. Wat has not only lifted the fog in our minds, but his strong desire to contribute to us finally reaching our retirement goals are genuine and trustworthy. We can now see the ‘rainbow’ at the end of our search!
I highly recommend Wat and this company for all your Thailand visa struggles!
Thank you Wat!
Sincerely,
Brian Chow

The company provided clear, direct, answers to all of our questions and made the visa process quicker and much easier than it would have been otherwise.

The process of getting the Non-A retirement visa was straightforward. Wat was very helpful and explained the process and everything with regards to the visa. He got the visa done at immigration and was also present to open the bank account. Cost of visa and service was specified and charged accordingly once the work was completed. Highly recommend Thailand blueprint and Wat for their services in Bangkok.

It’s difficult these days to fully trust a long list of 5-star reviews online — but after our experience, I gladly add mine.
Thailand Blueprint company was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. They helped us secure our retirement visas in Thailand during an extremely difficult and stressful period, while we were located in an active war zone. Their calm professionalism and obvious years of experience made a huge difference.
What impressed us most was that they clearly understand that every case is different. My husband’s process and mine were handled individually, with every detail carefully considered based on our specific circumstances. Nothing was treated as “one size fits all.”
The organisation and communication were exceptional. Their IT systems, apps, automation, and structured workflows made the entire process remarkably smooth and efficient — something you truly appreciate when dealing with immigration paperwork and international uncertainty.
They are also extremely well connected throughout Thailand and coordinated everything seamlessly through their highly competent partners at our final destination.
Professional, responsive, organised, experienced, and genuinely supportive throughout the process. We could not have asked for better guidance during such a stressful time.
Highly recommended.

The ultimate, stress-free relocation service for retiring in Thailand

After visiting Thailand for a few holidays, I decided it was where I wanted to take early retirement. I did a massive amount of reading regarding the retirement visa requirements and quickly realized I’d need professional help. Initially, I spoke with standard Thai law firms offering basic visa services, but then I discovered Adam & Wat of Thailand Blueprint.

What sets them apart is that they don’t just handle the paperwork; they offer a complete, end-to-end relocation package that ticked every single one of my boxes.

Beyond seamlessly securing my retirement visa, their team:

Helped me easily set up my local bank accounts.

Provided a great rental agent to find my property.

Escorted me step-by-step through the Thai driver’s license process.

Arranged dedicated consultations with both a Thai solicitor (for my Thai Will) and a local tax expert for essential tax advice.

Thailand Blueprint provides a truly comprehensive, full-service experience at what I felt was a very reasonable price. If you are looking to move to Thailand without the headache, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I cannot recommend the service enough. Very professional and very prompt communication. They know the whole process by heart. Thank you for your help and would highly recommend to anyone looking for move the Thailand.

Very happy to have found this group. They are easy to use, efficient and patient for some questions/issues that I had. Initially I tried doing this myself and this was FAR easier. Good company and more importantly great people. I will use them again in the future.

It couldn't be any better. I really appreciated the patience of the team and in particular Wat being very reliable, acknowledged and prompt directing the whole process for my Non- Immigrant O Visa. All I can say is a big Thank You and just keep up the good work. You'll be in very good hands if you choose this agency. Cheers!

Having just gone through the non O visa experience it could not have happened without Adam and Wat. Thai visa regulations are excessively complicated and can change without notice. The immigration office is chaotic and unless you speak the language it will sound like a Beatles album played backwards. These guys get the job done, complete pro game!

Thanks So Much To The Team At BluePort. Sara And I Are So Appreciative Of The Work You Guys Have Done To Assist Us In Making Our Dream Of Living In This Beautiful Country Of Thailand The Place With The Best People And Food In The World. We Could Not Have Done This Ourselves. From The First Meeting With Adam We Felt We Were Dealing With The Right People To Support Us In This Process. Thanks To Preaw For Keeping Us Up To Speed On The Portal Which Is A Very Useful Tool In The Whole Process. And Wat 😂. Can We Say About Wat , He Does An Amazing Job In Bringing Everything Together To Complete The Process. ( Our Friend For Life 🙏). Love You Guys And Wish You Every Success 🇹🇭😀🙏

Can't say enough good things about Adam, Praew and Wat. The entire LTR WP Visa process was very straight forward, easy and smooth. They absolutely did an excellent job in getting my Visa. Praew knew every form that the BOI would accept. No messing around, she knows her business. Adam personally answered all of my numerous questions. They are worth every cent and more. Looking forward to working with them more in the future. They are the Goto folks for your Visa needs.

Wat and his team did a fantastic job and made the application process for my retirement visa stress free. The team is highly professional and were great at communicating each stage of the process. Wat is very knowledgeable and he made sure everything went smoothly. I’ll definitely be asking Thailand Blueprint for help in future. Much appreciated! Will Yeung.

Wat and his team made the Visa process so easy for us. From our initial conversation while back in the states, to our first 90 day extension, Thailand Blueprint has handled all of the paperwork and ensured our retirement visa was successful!

Despite not using Thailand Blueprint to obtain my current visa, Wat was happy to connect me with a health insurance broker. He then went above and beyond to help me figure out if I could transition from one type of visa to another without having to return to my home country. Wat's dedication, focus, and level of commitment to finding the right answer and potentially saving me some real frustration down the line was incredible. I highly recommend Thailand Blueprint!

Oh my gosh, what a fantastic company! I am a USG federal worker getting ready to escape the chaos of the WMA, and live my dream retirement in Thailand. In my case, I am planning to retire in about six months, and I thought I had everything planned out to a tee. But when I discussed my plan with Wat and his team at Thailand Blueprint, they quickly identified a gaping hole in my cunning plan that would have torpedoed everything and left me stranded. Then, they went the extra mile to offer contingencies and mitigations to get me back on track to fulfilling my dream.

Thailand Blueprint is not only fully cognizant of the many twists and turns of the Thai visa process, but they are also responsive and honest in their dealings with other humans. What a great team! What a rare find in today's world!

Easy, clear informations and frendly service.Competitive price service. I recommand you.
