We appreciate the feedback, and I get where you’re coming from.
3-phase is a bit of a different compared to standard test and tag. Because of the equipment and safety side of things, it’s not something that can be easily (or safely) done as live testing in a classroom.
That said, we take your point around expectations. If you’re coming in thinking it’ll be hands-on 3-phase testing, that’s probably something we need to make clearer upfront.

Everything was really easy
Everything was really easy, I signed up last minute and didn't do the online part first, but I did it the next day and even though that part was long, it was still easy and the certificate came super-fast, absolutely recommend this training!

Very unpolished product
Firstly, why on earth was all the curriculum not provided at the initial stage of study? The online element post in person class is fair enough but why was not everything included at that point in time!? I’ve been forced to come back and finish off this course with no indication as to what I did not complete. Secondly I now come to do this mystery second part of the course and the website doesn’t even take me to the course? Am I supposed to guess? Safe to say I am very dissatisfied. I will conclude on a positive note and say that the in person training was excellent. You’ve just got to clean up everything else in the program

While the online portion was long and a bit frustrating, it was very thorough.
The classroom session was well paced, and covered the topic well.
Nathan's instruction guidance set us up well for successfully challenging the theory and practical assessment.
